Great service , if you looking for a best parking deal in Miami with free courtesy shuttle , don’t hesitate to book with wepark.
No shuttle service when we returned from cruise…
My parking location did have shuttle service to the cruise port, that’s why we picked this garage. We got a ride on the shuttle to get on the ship, but when we returned there was no shuttle for this garage at Terminal C. We waited 1 hour at the cruise port for a shuttle back to the garage. We did not see any shuttle buses for WePark for the entire hour. Eventually we took a cab back to the garage. We saw 2 shuttles sitting there not being used. Be prepared to pay cab or UBER because the shuttle is unreliable.

We couldn’t part our vehicle as it had limit of 7”.. also not alternate parking for higher height vehicles
The company brought us to the port for…
The company brought us to the port for our cruise and guaranteed us they would pick us up upon return. We as well as several others have been waiting over an hour. Many including my party are taking ubers. They also do not answer their phone. I suggest using Premier parking or another garage. This us not the first post of this kind. They are ripping people off by not fulfilling what they promised. Sorry company.

Luis did a great job picking me up quickly and getting me back to my vehicle shortly after getting off the cruise. Great service, very friendly. The yellow sheet pickup system is great! So easy to flag down a driver when you see them coming.

My husband and I used the service through WeParkMiami at the beginning of May for a cruise out of Miami.
All went well enough until we were insufficiently instructed on our exit of the parking garage.
At which point we had to pay again to exit.
I have been told numerous times on the phone that I would be refunded, but now it's crickets. Heads up.. this business is unscrupulous!!!

The drivers were nice.
Now the rest of the story.
The person who checked us in would not even say hi. He took our ticket which we got upon entering the garage, got our reservation info and then placed the ticket on our dash with a blank yellow piece of paper. Thought we were all set. Not.
Upon returning from our trip we were not advised of any process for departure. And upon driving out of the facility the system scanned the barcode on our ticket and charged us AGAIN.
There is no one there to assist.
Pressing the HELP button on the kiosk goes unanswered.
No one ever answers the phone number listed on the website. Can’t leave a VM either. Try calling now: 1-786-749-1227.
Multiple emails have gone unanswered.
Dont use this company.
If you ignore this review and get screwed too, now its on you. Good luck.
I have since received an apologetic response from a Customer Service Supervisor. Thank you for that. But there was no contact info provided to follow up to receive my credit, so I emailed the info@WeParkInMiami… with proof of the extra payment. Waiting for reply.

Don’t do it!! Park anywhere else!
I cannot emphasize enough how much you shouldn’t use this service. These people are scam artists!! We parked and when we got back they never picked us up. Elderly, children, sweating in the heat…they left us there for an hour and a half!! We finally called an Uber and when the three families who had the same issue went to speak to the “manager” (some lady not polite enough to even stand and speak)- she said the pick up and drop off are a courtesy and not guaranteed!!!!! She said we only paid for the parking!!! What?!?!?!!!!!! Then when they refused to help and we got in the car to leave we got stuck behind yet another family who had to break the gate because they were told to pay cash and then this scam of a company tried to charge them again. Mark my words!! Don’t go with this company. Park anywhere but here. I’m reporting them to the BBB next. I can’t believe what my family just had to endure.

They do not have enough shuttles to…
They do not have enough shuttles to take passengers to the cruise terminal. Once our cruise returned on Saturday June 8, I saw just one mini van taking off with passengers. After that, I ( and my wife) waited at least 1 hour with no shuttles. I called the number provided. Out of 3 times, twice it went to voice mail. The one time someone answered, he promised to send a shuttle. Nothing happened. So, we took a taxi ( at our expense). WE ended up paying extra at the parking place since we went past our return time ( not our fault). Do not use this parking facility.

Disgruntled patron
The garage has no markings to let you know you are in the correct place. There is no one directing you to the 7th floor for check in.
I waited for an hour in pick up spot, no one showed up. When I tried to call you get voicemail which the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Had to pay an Uber to get back to the garage.

No pickup on return cruise shuttle.
Getting to cruise terminal was easy. Brace your self no one showed to pick us up. Paid independent shuttle to get back to parking garage.
Shuttle driver said this happens everyday.

Booked WePark in Miami for a 7 day trip
Booked WePark in Miami for a 7 day boar trip. The email I received the week before said to go up to the 7th floor. The only way to enter the parking area was take a ticket; but I already paid. I left the car running and took the elevator too the 7th floor to discuss this with the staff. Headed back down to the car and entered the gate and taking a ticket. There was several other cars clogging up the entry area because they too did not know to take a ticket. On the 7th floor the WePark personal took my parking ticket, my car plate. name and wrote it on log sheet. I asked the WePark attendant how I would exit the parking without a ticket and was told to use the call function. The garage attendant on the other end would open the gate. So, I did just that; however, a young black garage attendant came to talk to use. He was nice and asked to see a receipt. He asked to see my receipt and I said I’m having difficulty finding it. I asked about the log sheet and he said that the sheet are often not turned in to the security garage attendant. I asked what happens if I can’t find a receipt; he stated you pay
We Park doesn't email you a receipt but it does popup at the time of the transaction and I took a picture. It took me approximately 45 minutes to find a photo I took of a receipt 45 days earlier, yes I had a lot of photos. This was after looking in the emails.
Take Home Points for you:
1) WePark didn't send me an email of a receipt with dates and dollars spent.
2) You should take a photo of the receipt because you may need it so you do have to pay twice.
3) I'm not sure what the paper log sheet with my tag, name was used for.
4) You will have to take a ticket in order to enter the parking garage and the WePark attendant will take it from you.
5) Good communication was not present during my experience with this trip.
Poor service
I would not recommend this
1) you cannot reach them (email, phone, chat)
2) when you arrive, no one was there on 7th floor for 1/2 hour to check in.
3) taxi brought us from ship… you cannot get up to car easy.. with luggage .(.locked out at 3rd floor.)..make sure you park by elevator..
Should have paid extra to park at ship..
