The ramp was fine - SHUTTLE NOT

The ramp was fine - it’s the shuttle that is a joke. Arrived at 11:00 am on November 26th. Must have been 200 people waiting in the ramp for a shuttle to show up. When they finally arrived a little after noon, there were three vans to shuttle all these people. We waited an hour after they took their first load - at that rate with three vans, we would have had to wait at least two more hours. We walked. Two miles. With all our luggage.

When we returned to Miami on December 3, I had no confidence of ever seeing one of their vans. It was 7:30 when we got to their meeting spot. Waited 20 minutes, no van. We walked back to the ramp from the port. With all our luggage. Never again. You suck.

We chose to park at this parking garage…

We chose to park at this parking garage in part due to the shuttle to the port. Upon the return from our cruise on Monday, November 27, 2023
we went to the shuttle pickup location along with several other passengers. We waited and waited but the shuttle failed to show. We tried to call the multiple phone numbers but never got an answer. We where within the pickup time we set for pickup. Needless to say, we had to pay another car service to take us back to the garage. When we finally got through on the phone and left a message, no one responded. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. You may regret it like we did.

Waited 3 hours for shuttle after we…

Waited 3 hours for shuttle after we arrived. Almost missed the cruise. Had to take own luggage onto the ship because we were too late to check the luggage. Waited over an hour for shuttle after the cruise and had to hire a car to take us to the garage qwhich costed us an additional $60.00. Terrible experience.

Very unhappy customer!

Hello,
We parked in We Park in Miami November 19-26.
We arrived at 11am on the 19th. After an over 2hr wait to get a ride to the cruise ship. We were very patient while waiting when many others were not. Then we got off the ship on the 26 at around 10am or even slightly earlier. We made our way over to the pick up location and noticed a couple people there and a few more arrived with their yellow paper that we are to wave when the driver arrive so we can get picked up. There really was no line up or no one directed where or what to do. So maybe 20mins later 1 van showed up after everyone crowded the van and pushed there way in we were the last 3 standing and no room in the van. The drive said don't worry there is another one coming in 10mins.

Okay so we waited and waited and waited..... It has now been 40-50mins and NO ONE showed up. Then I called the number on the yellow paper that says to call if you don't see a van for 30mins. The number went to a Spanish voice message..... I don't speak Spanish!!!
Then we wait another a little bit longer but the paper says after 11 they are no longer responsible for picking us up! By now it was starting to clear out most people had left plus the taxi stand lady said they were going to send the taxis away because no one else needed them so if we needed one we needed to take it now.
So now we are responsible to pay for a taxi back.
I was very upset and disappointed by this company for the way they treated us. We were so kind to them when everyone else was so nasty and mean but they lied to us. When we were leaving the parking building the driver that lied to us drove in so I stopped him and asked him why he never sent anyone for us and he said they were busy but yet his van was empty when he arrived back and another one for the drivers was sitting in the parking garage on his phone while all the people were waiting for a ride to the boat.
I will NEVER US THIS CONPANY AGAIN.
I parked for 14 days in Tampa for $114 and have had amazing service yet in Miami for 7day I had to pay $110 and was lied to and was left behind when they knew we were there waiting and then was responsible to pay for a return taxi!! Never again!

Going and parking was great I felt my…

Going and parking was great I felt my car was safe during our cruise and transportation to the cruise terminal was a snap about 10 minutes drive but after the return trip to retrieve my car I was told that the limit for transportation to and from the cruise terminal was 4 people their were only 33 in our party no luggage for we had already dropped off our luggage and during our return trip thr same pickup the car then pickup our luggage ourselves you stand wave the yellow piece of paper and the van pick you up we I did just that about 29 minutes all of a sudden this guy came off the ship and said he had 11 people in his party and he had called them the driver told me that we had to wait for another van to come to pick us up so we waited another 30 minutes or so when this driver came I was determined not to wait any longer we trier to call and complain to no avail no one answerd the phone this new driver walks pass us and goes looking for other people as if we were not there then came back to us bad business practices

I was involved in a car accident there…

I was involved in a car accident there for a was unable to make it for my reservation. I sent an email to cancel according to the instructions. Never received a respond or a refund. I called the number provided and no respond either. No customer service. The worse. Never again.

Fast and efficient

Fast and efficient! Was checked in, whisked away to the port and on the ship within 30 ish minutes. The return process was equally as smooth! Kind and professional employees! Would highly recommend and will use them again!

I am giving it 3 stars for the simple…

I am giving it 3 stars for the simple reason that at the time of arrival they tell you that they will pick you up and that the buses come every 30 minutes but I was there for 1 hour 15 minutes and they didn't arrive, I had to call an Uber to pick up my car and Picking up my family at the port, otherwise I can't complain, the parking is very good and very safe.

Took over an hour for the shuttle to…

Took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive after departing from our cruise ship. No one would answer the phone and at that time we had to get an Uber because others got on the shuttle before us and our party couldn’t fit.
