Breach of contract from the part of Weso Infotech
I had signed a contract with the company WESO Infotech from India (Chennai), who is now in breach of same.
I offered originally $2,000 to have a website built for which they had bid $ 1,800. They offered me a life bug fixing guarantee which is in the written contract. That made me choose Weso Infotech, and in order to motivate them I offered to accept to pay them $2,000 which was $200 more than what they originally asked. They of course accepted. Furthermore, I paid them an additional $500 for adding some options to the website.
They have now reneged to fix bugs which have developed in the website and are ignoring me. Whoever thinks in doing business with WESO Infotech, needs to take into consideration their lack of seriousness, and the fact that they do not respect the terms of a written contract, and as the evidence shows, they will offer anything, even in writing, to win a business. They believe they will not be held accountable.
This is a clear-cut case of breach of contract. When I say the evidence, I mean the written, signed contract which they are not fulfilling.
