Erstmal ist es übelst kompliziert sich das Ticket online zu kaufen, es hat bis jetzt nicht einmal ohne Probleme geklappt.. dann kommt man auf einmal nicht mehr in die App rein obwohl alle Zugangsdaten richtig sind.
Ich musste schon so oft dazu zahlen obwohl ich ein Deutschland Ticket besitze.
Es nervt einfach nur noch, generell wie teuer Zug oder Bus fahren ist im allgemeinen.
Im Großen und Ganzen läufts. Dafür, dass in der Vergangenheit nicht viel in die Schiene investiert wurde.
RRX ist ein gutes Projekt und die RRX-Züge sind klasse. Klimaanlage im Sommer ist dort sehr angenehm. Mobigarantie gilt auch im Westalentarif-Gebiet und auch fürs D-Ticket, womit viel Ärger schon nicht mehr so schlimm ist.
Man kann mit dem D-Ticket sogar gratis ins Ausland fahren.
Ich hätte gerne den zweigleisigen Ausbau der Strecke Lünen-Münster.
In der Mail-Antwort vom Kundenservice des Westfalentarifs steht eine Telefonnummer. Wenn man die anruft, kommt die Bandansage "Gerade ist kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar. Wir rufen Sie zurück." Rückruf ist nie erfolgt.
