Not as good as it once was!
When I started using this card a few years ago the rates and charges were second to none. However you are no longer getting the best exchange rates unfortunately.

Locked me out of my account
Was a happy customer for a long time before they decided to put a security check on my account. I could not withdraw any money or access my online account for days, which virtually stranded me overseas without access to my money. It has taken days to identify the problem, and longer still for them to demand a ridiculous amount of paperwork and explanations (like what do I want the money for and where do I get it from). As soon as this ordeal is over (cos I still don't have access to my money) I will close the account and open one with Revolt.

Easy as a visa & less risk
Easy as a debit card for foreign currency and a better exchange rate than most.. use it now for nights out instead of taking my visa card.

An absolutely fabulous facility
An absolutely fabulous facility taking out excessive charges and extremely poor rates of exchange. I was so pleased to get as close to the official RoE with a small percentile charge. This is a fantastic concept that is well worth utilising.
