SCAMMERS

Its a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY you will not see it again!!!
I have contacted wetechacadamy several times via your contact page to be sent round in Circles nothing gets answered. Contact action fraud the more than contact them the better chance these ppl have of being shut down!

Having cancelled my initial order

Having cancelled my initial order, I was up dated regularly by the WTA team regarding my refund request. It was returned to my bank, in full, within a week. Good customer service very happy with outcome.

Enrolled in We Teach

Excellent customer service

After a previous written review of WeTeachAcadamy for which I had expressed on my own experience, I now leave this more positive review.
After what was an anxious time for me the customer service team has now apologised for my inconvenience. They have professionally investigated the cause and fully resolved the discretion.
I thank them for their swift and precise attention and I’m happy to give them very positive feedback.

Horrible experience

Started well and as a beginner explained clearly that I was nervous. When I got all the facts I decided to withdraw as it was not for me. The call handler then became aggressive, bullying, accusatory and combative. Disgusting outcome. Really shifted my thoughts from inquisitive to angry and felt vilified by the call handler.

If I could give a less than 1 rating I…

If I could give a less than 1 rating I would, but this is a complete SCAM!
This company doesn't exist, and the number of people I've spoken to are just constantly saying they have a record of having talked to me. I've been told to get F****d by one, told they don't have the rights to delete my details per GDPR rules, and is a total and utter scam.
Emails don't work, phone numbers which they have called from don't exist if you try calling them back.
Please, please, please stay away from this company! It is a complete scam.

A poorly run, disorganised and difficult company

A poorly run company, disorganised and often difficult to deal and communicate with.
Examples of their disorganisation and poor management are below:
The email address that they originally provided as their contact email was incorrect, messages came back as undeliverable.
Replies to their messages came back as undeliverable.
Messages to the email address that they had (previously) listed on the Trustpilot website, came back as undeliverable (this has since been changed - the present one appears to be correct)
They give no contact phone number for their company.
They have sent various messages with attached links about my account, none of these links will open.
No links at all - in any of their messages, will open. They seem to be all fake links.
Further issues: Google will struggle to find their website and at the time of writing, Google couldn't recognise the link that they gave me for their website.

A serious company wouldn't operate like this, so they deserve this less than average review.

Update - After some difficulties I managed to contact WeTeach by their chat. Quite incredibly, the person on the other end of the chat line also gave me an incorrect email address for them, whilst doing so seemed to be blaming me for not using this email address.
I had to correct him and let him know that this email address that he had given me was not in service, that messages were coming back as undeliverable.
He then supplied a second and correct email address.
Noteworthy is the chat records couldn't be downloaded and saved.

As for Weteach, why were you supplying email addresses that were undeliverable? If you want a good review then you need to earn it, which you're clearly not doing at this present time.

It's disingenuous to avoid apologising by saying that you were having technical problems.
Companies having unexpected technical problems always apologise to their customers for any inconvenience caused.
Companies that have planned technical issues (such as essential upgrade work), will let their customers know in advance about this, which never happened.

As for all the broken links, incorrect email and website addresses, followed by denial of any issues..... Really, it's not good enough; if you want a decent review then you must improve, you must put customers first and avoid the present mayhem that seems to be going on.

I'm sure their courses are great, however they are really pushy with relentless sales calls!

I have been bombarded with calls from this company over the past few weeks, to the point I had to report nuisance calling. I had asked them to remove my details from their system, but still get at least one call a day.

20/12/22- updated to 3 stars. Their customer service team reached out to me quickly and have updated their records, meaning I’ve had no calls today. I’d give 5 stars for the service received as they’ve been quick to help & resolve the issue.

Cracking service there - thank you!
