The service was exceptional even though I got a late reply. I would like to thank the agent for taking their valuable time to get back to me and for attending to the matter at hand

Online scammers, stay away from them

I ended it up on this obscure website through a scam I found online, on Facebook. It was a Sephora advent advertisement. My bad I was naive to believe that you can pay 2€ and receive such thing. The thing is I ended up paying 6€ because every time I entered my card I received an error message that said the payment failed and that I should try it again. And fullishly I did. With 2 other different cards.
Needles to say, the next day all the payment went through and I noticed that in fact I had signed up for some kind of subscription on this platform. I tried to reach them via email and they responded initially that they cannot do anything, that that was a subscription etc etc.
I responded back and a person named Ann from "the Escalation Team" send me an exceptional proposition through whic they offered to pay me back 2€ if I write them an excelent review on Trustpilot. She even sent me the words I had to use in my review and what to avoid to..
So this is my honest review. I lost 6€, I hope other people be warned about this website.

Problem NOT solved by Emerald- Disgusting Website and Method to Earn High Rating

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! It is disgusting that this kind of website exists, enabling fraudulent transactions online and misleading users. They automatically charges a certain amount without consent- hiding on what they call "membership fee" which they refer as "consumable" when in fact their products are not even sure if legitimate. Please run and save your money! A guy contacted me online when I insisted to deactivate the account I accidentally created, stating that I should give them 4-5 stars on TrustPilot. I DID! But now that I received the reversal fee I paid (which is lesser that they got from me), I AM MAKING THINGS RIGHT! I would give a NEGATIVE STAR for this website if possible.

Please be careful of this company

These people are fraudsters they took money from my account, for some subscription and it is not small change, then when you are demanding your money back they tell you to give a positive review and then your money will be refunded, then they try and take money again from my bank account. I have reported them to my banks fraud department
