Normally the products are perfect and im very happy
however there is no way to contact them when things go wrong other that their on line support which tends to be long winded then you have to wait for a response however after saying all that
great service
everything happens quickly
So im very happy well done

Overall everything went well. They did change the delivery date by a few days and the new date was inconvenient so I rearranged it, the only option was by phone and as Spanish is not my first language it was a little stressful, but I managed it. An email option would be helpful, but the email address listed on Facebook is invalid. I did also manage to confirm the new delivery via Facebook messenger and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They delivered on time and the delivery guys were very nice, efficient and helpful.

I've bought TV here. Price was great, delivery fast, everything fine. But after about 2-3 weeks it dies and not switching on. Ok, they have 30 days to return goods in case you don't like it, just fill the form. Ok, I've filled, I've got the answer that "we will contact you in 24 working hours. You claim number 46327" and ordered new one in same shop.
Ten days has passed since than, new TV has delivered(have two, paid for both), but I still doesn't have any information about return of the first one, and there is no email, chat or some other way you can contact the company and ask them if everything is fine.
Update. After posting review here they've contacted me and make return and refund in a couple of days.

I was waisted my holiday to wait for delivery all day. Even got a msg that they gonna deliver in 30 min, and never happens. Absolute disgusting service. I want my money back. There is no way to contact them apart from their website and some support form, which is no acceptable. Will jor buy again here. No recommend to anyone.

I was happy to find the TV I wanted at the same price as on amazon, but with MUCH faster delivery. As described, they contacted me the next day to coordinate the delivery and all went very smoothly. I would buy from them again.

I am trying to contact Worten without success. I would like to cancel a product before it arrives. I completed the online form but nothing, no reply. no email, no phone number... I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

My order was supposed to arrive on a specific day between 9 and 15... it did arrive... at 21.00. But, those hours before 21 and after 15, I started to look into the situation and realised there was no tracking number provided or way to contact Worten. I'm glad it arrived and there is no problem with it - but I will not order from them again - too stressful.

I order from their website 31/7 , delivery was supposed to come 5 th august , then it was 9 th august then it was 16th august. We have tried to call them many times but no one speaks english. Friday 16th august we recived a e mail when they say that the delivery was done 9 th august, we where home all day that day so thats not correct. I answered their e mail and said that the item still not have been delivered , but still no answer . I have paid a lot of money for nothing :(

This company is uncontactable. They give a delivery date and then after the given time slot, the drivers phone and claim the wrong item has been loaded! This was more than a week ago. They’re happy to take the money for an American fridge freezer but not deliver the product. Shocking and non-existent customer service. Wish I’d never used them. Now the fight to get a refund.

Terrible service, I ordered a washing machine, they did not deliver on the day they said they would. Had to wait another 3 days.
They would not take old machine because it had a tiny bit of water in the pipe,
They would not fit the new machine as it was too tall despite paying for delivery service. All machines are a standard size. All they needed to do was take the legs off. Appalling service, will never use them again.

I ordered an amazon echo 4th gen in worten website on June 3, 2024 and the seller was MS2 Digital. Two weeks past and no information. The say the product will arrive June 20. I asked on June 21 and they say out of stock and no information when to get new ones. I cancelled the order. They agreed to reimburse me but 1 month past and no reimbursement. They now told me that they have activated the process of reimbursement. I do not know until now when or if I will receive my money back for a product that did not arrive.
