Before I ordered online. I called and spoke to someone because the website says they guarantee ship dates, he even said I would get the items before I needed them, such a lie, they come from China, and of course tracking says there is a delay. I chose this company because they said I would get the items when needed. It did not arrive. Very dissatisfied

Bands are fine. Problem is I called with in 24 hours to cancel order, they told me I couldn’t. I place the order do to a miss understanding. I can’t believe they wouldn’t work with me. Not happy!

I ordered 1000 wristbands. Told me 6 days to make them and be shipped. They were made in 4 days and even with the COVID problems they stilled showed up only 2 days later than said. But they were held at customs because of COVID. Will definitely use these guys again. Easy to creat your idea on their site no problems.

I ordered my wristbands on 5/17 with the understanding they would be completed and shipped within 6 business days according to the checkout process. However, I have still not received any update on the status of my order and now when I go to your website there is a secure connection issue. I hope that you haven't taken my money and ran with it.

Good product always a variety easy to put on used for my amateur boxing show one color for coaches and fighters one color for general public and another for ringside this has solved a lot of door problems.

This is the 3rd time our club has ordered WristCo wrist bracelets for an event and we have always been satisfied with the quality, selections available and the fast delivery. We will order again.

good pricing initially.. a little gimmicky as I think they own a few other wristband companies.. sometimes it's $10 for 1,000. a few days laters it's $13.95. I think they use cookies and the more you search, the higher hte prices get just like shopping for airline tickets.

They came on time, were in great condition and everything was fine!

My yellow wristbands were perfect! The price was right and they were delivered timely. The bands were durable, as they stayed on children's wrist through a full day at the park. Will order from them again.
