I made the order for a VIP Experience for Madison Beer back on Janurary 21st.
The advertised price was 200$ per pack, so the full price should have been 400$, because the show is in Europe, and the advertised price should include the FINAL price after taxes.
In the end, AFTER clicking the pay button, 80$ in venue fees, and more 110,40$, coming to a total of 590+$!!!!...
This is almost 200$ more than the advertised price, so I was really upset, but i let it becausa I though I couldn't do anything.
After some time, just out of curiosity, I tried to buy it again and see what the final price would be.
For my surprise, the after taxes disapear, so the finak price now was 480$!...
After that, I contacted this company many times and my bank, that told me that they couldn't do anything...
With this waiting, I contacted this company again, because they ghosted ALL of the emails that I sent asking for a refund of the 110,40$, and then they aswerd. They started saying that the bank had joined my side and that they had already refunded me (WICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE, AS I ALREADY CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT GLOBAL237 IS STILL EVALUATING AND HASN'T ANSWERD). With that, my VIP PACKAGE was completely cancelled without my knowledge, and now I don't have neither the tickets neither my money back.
I already tried to contact Global237 by email and they just aswer the first one with an AI-like response and then start ghosting me again.
If I don't get a real answer from here, I am starting a different complaint with my bank, to treat this as a complet scam, while reporting you to the European Consumer Center for this illegal procedures.
I have the printscreens of every email you ghosted me, so as my bank and I demand for this to be solved now, because the concert is in month.

Bought VIP Meet and Greet tickets…

Bought VIP Meet and Greet tickets to Jordan Davis for 24/03.
On Friday 20th I emailed 237 Global and got a reply stating they would send the email two days prior to the concert re times for opening hours, lanyard pick up and what time the meet and greet was planned!

On 22nd April, still NO email so I sent another email and they replied they would send it out prior to the end of the day!

Monday 23rd April, I sent another email which was ignored.

Concert day 24/03, we get the email at 4.03am, less than 12 hours since we were to arrive!

Absolutely disgusting and very poor service, never before have we had to wait the day of then concert to receive VIP tickets that cost a pretty penny!

We also notified Jordan Davis at our meet and greet re their lousy and slow treatment of his guests!

1 star too many!!

My husband and I purchase a VIP package add on for Jordan Davis' UK shows in Feb/March 2025. At the point of purchase this included early access to the venue and early merch shopping. 2 weeks before the gig a email was sent to all (via ticketmaster) advising that early access and early merch shopping were now longer part of the offering. This also meaning that the M&G portion takes place during the support act, why would anyone pay all that money to miss part of the show?

I have since emailed 237 global on the email address provided via ticketmaster 4 times, and am yet to have a response. Today is the last working day ahead of the show, so am therefore not expecting this to be resolved before the show. This leaving us in a real situation of whether we do the VIP experience, and end up standing at the back of the gig (I am 4ft 11, we get VIP early access to allow me to get near the front so i can actually see) or whether we skip the VIP experience and continue to fight for our money back.

An absolute sham of a company, breaking the consumer rights act and seemingly not giving a damn! Not only are they impacting their own reputation, but that of the artist they are promoting. I have seen large numbers of fans really unhappy online about this.

If someone from 237 global takes the time to keep up with these reviews, i would greatly appreciate you forwarding this to the relevant department and asking someone to respond to my numerous emails As i don't seem to be getting a response from any other means.

Inconsistent refund after poor VIP experience

I originally had a poor and disappointing experience with an Elderbrook VIP package in April 2025 that I purchased for $285. The event was disorganized and did not match what was advertised, and I posted a review about that experience.

In December 2025, I was contacted by 237 Global and offered what was described as a “full refund” if I removed the review. I agreed and took it down in good faith.

I later received a PayPal payment of $138. I emailed them again asking why this did not reflect the “full refund” that was offered. I was then told that this amount represented the VIP portion only, and that the remaining cost was for the general admission ticket, which they do not refund. This distinction was not made clear at the time the refund was offered, and I did not receive a full refund as described. So basically, I was offered a full refund that turned out to be a partial refund.

I paid $285 for the “Elderbrook Experience,” which was more than regular VIP tickets. Even if they intended to refund only the VIP experience, the amount issued does not seem to align with what was purchased.

I appreciate that a partial refund was issued, which is why I’m not leaving a 1-star review. However, the original experience and the way the refund was communicated were disappointing.

We can confirm that we issued a full refund on the VIP portion of this package. As a third party VIP company, we do not handle event ticket sales, and are unable to refund this portion of the purchase. A refund on the event ticket will need to be issued by the customer's original point of purchase.

Merchandise Package all a SCAM!!!

I purchased the Merchandise package for the July 22, 2025 Collective Soul show in Detroit. I did not receive any instructions prior to the event on how the merchandise was to be received. Upon arriving at the venue, nobody had any idea what I was talking about. I finally found someone who did and was advised that I needed to arrive 2 hours before the gate opened and that there was nothing they could do. Ticketmaster was no help and referred me to an info email address. Initially, 237 was responsive and told me to fill out a google form as they were still compiling the merch. After that, it has been radio silent.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company, just horrible! Bought VIP merchandise package for a band called the head and the heart that I love. The package promised exclusive seating and a merch package as well as a lanyard and camera. I got to the venue at the time I was supposed to. There were two women working the VIP who had no idea what they were doing. They handed me the lanyard and camera and I asked about the seating and the merch package and they said “this is all we have, we are just local temps that were hired.”

I contacted the company after the fact and they told me “no refunds and the merch packs should have been there. Horrible customer service. Just awful.

This company is a big scam, do not buy anything they offer. They are preying on true band fans to
Rip them off.

Bought VIP Merchandise & ticket when arriving at the concert no one there to meet us, they kept the merchandise which we paid for and won't refund the price or post to us.
even offered to go to the venue again to collect the merchandise where the same artist is on. NOTHING no contact or explanation of why we can not received either option
