The worst product I've ever received
The worst product I've ever received. I won't order anything from them!
I ordered completely normal, standard stickers, but not even the cheapest ones, and it's simply impossible to peel the sticker off the backing. The material is so thin that the sticker immediately tears. It's the same with all of them; I've tried several.
The company is unreachable for complaints! The delivery with GLS took much longer, and it wasn't delivered to my home; I had to pick it up from the store. They don't offer PayPal payments, as too many customers would otherwise demand their money back.
Never order from them!!!

The most infuriating experience ever
I am a repeat customer, having placed multiple previous orders, and I recently placed a new order for 1,500 business cards, printed on both sides with matte laminate, for two individuals on June 8, 2025.
Upon pressing the order button, I immediately realised I had mistakenly ordered the cards with laminate on only one side. I immediately attempted to fix this issue, but the 360imprimir system will not let you modify orders. Instead, I ended up ordering a second set of cards.
Not only can you not modify orders, but you also cannot cancel them after payment is made. This is despite the fact that printing has not yet begun on the order.
In fact, you can pause the order yourself to make design changes. And to this day, now one week later, the order is still paused. Printing has still not yet begun on the order. Nevertheless, every time I have attempted to get the order cancelled or changed I get the same canned response parroted back to me via email. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after payment is made because they are "personalised products".
Now, this would make sense if the order had entered the printing process. But it has not. It's just sitting there unprinted, waiting for me to make design changes, which I am not going to make, because I do not want 1,500 cards with laminate on only one side. That would be hugely wasteful. The correct order has already shipped.
Nothing about this makes any sense. It is completely illogical. If I can pause an order indefinitely to make design changes, then surely the order can be cancelled, or modified, BECAUSE IT HASN'T BEEN PRINTED YET.
When ordering business cards, the button to select double-sided printing is located in the left column of the ordering form, while the button to select double-sided laminate is in the right column of the ordering form. So it's an easy mistake to make, as it is a really poor UX pattern.
The 360imprimir ordering system has been designed in such a way as to penalise customers who make an error in the ordering process, allowing no time for corrections. There is also no indication that all sales are final once you press the order button. Even a small window of an hour or two to fix errors would be preferable to the current situation. Still, realistically, changes and cancellations should be available right up until the order is printed, just as customers can change the design.
Now my emails are going unanswered. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer and will not be using or recommending 360imprimir's services going forward unless this situation is satisfactorily rectified. This should be easy to do if someone with a modicum of common sense were making these decisions.
Edit: A refund was finally issued, so I have adjusted my rating from one to three stars. When they get it right, the printed products are good at a reasonable price.

All good Ordering was smoke and it came sooner…
Ordering was smoke and it came sooner than expected but they recommend drop off locations and then tried to deliver it when the shop was closed. It was delivered then the following day ok. They just need to check opening tones of their suggested drop off shops before attempting delivery. All else was fine !
