Time-sensitive order still unresolved – please contact me urgently

I’ve been trying to get a response since 22nd May when only one of two boxes was delivered. The GLS driver took the box back,
saying it couldn’t be left without the second one, which was missing.

Despite contacting support via live chat and messages multiple times, I still haven’t received a proper solution. This is a time-sensitive order, and I’m now at risk of missing my deadline.

Please contact me directly today to resolve this. I’m happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.

The cards I ordered arrived, pretty much as I expected. The printing was reasonable -- not wonderful, but not bad. I did not choose a special card stock or coating, so the paper and printing was not superior quality. If I had a more high-end business (or a business that relied on exclusivity and luxury), i might have upgraded everything. As it was, I ordered an affordable option, and it's just what we need for our purposes.

I liked the usability of the functional on the site to order business cards. You can see the cost and technical specifications at a glance.
Business cards came before the due date, which was very pl
easant.
The only thing that did not please is the cost of delivery, which was slightly less than the price of those business cards.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time, worst company ever. No matter how much you pay for them to deliver the printed products, they’ll never deliver it on time. They take 24h or more to respond to the problems they find with their own providers and they ask you to pay for it. Incredible this is a Portuguese company, unacceptable in the EU the bad customer service you receive. After 10 days waiting for your products they don’t want to cancel it and they don’t want to reimburse you, they insist sending you the printed products 5 additional days later. This is the worst experience I’ve had with online services, never again with this one.

My experience was very disappointing

My experience was very disappointing.
I paid 253.68€ on the 2nd of October 2024for 1000 half ltr soup pots.
They arrived with no lids.
Before that on the 18th of September 2024 I paid 589.38€ for 500 1ltr soup pots and I received nothing at all.
I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company but there is no reply.
Very disappointing experience to say the least

Terrible customer service

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. The order is one week delayed but I was never sent an update about the order or updated delivery. Never received any type of delivery confirmation email to begin with. They don't have phone lines, agent chats or anything else. You can submit a form to inquire about your order but the customer service bot hasn't responded to me in almost a week. At this point, we've missed the event and I don't even know how to get my money back.

Good prices on the services that I…

Good prices on the services that I neded and good speed of the team that works there.🚀really appreciate the service level and try to use it whenever possible. U can do clothing, printing, marketing and gift materials… a perfect package for preparing for participation in the international exhibition, including business name cards and related materials. High quality and reliability in terms of deadlines.

Absolutely un profesional company

Absolutely un profesional company. They keep adding extra charges on everything including checking your designs. Which I can understand but when you then have a problem with the design it is impossible to contact them. After I asked for a refund they will only give me a credit although they are incapable to help me with printing my design. Never ever use this company again!
