Janjan G

Janjan G. was courteous, patient, and solved each of my technical questions. We did a fresh install of WP on my domains to correct the directory structure mistake I had made earlier. We went through a number of other areas so that I was comfortable with Cpanel, webmail and more.

Great service as always from A2 Staff

Great service as always from A2 Staff. I have now used A2 for for 3 years to run 9 e-Commerce websites for my clients. My servers are fast reliable and I always get a 99/100 score on Google page speed and GT Metrix.
Email services are also very robust.
When I do run into a problem, normally self created, the tech support is second to none and the matter is quickly resolve within no time.
After using many other hosting companies over the last 10 years I can honestly say A2 Hosting it without doubt the best out there and fantastic value.

Mixed experiences

So, I had some major problems with communication with A2. However, to their credit, after a complaint, they resolved the problem quickly.

They are quick to respond to customer queries and they are pretty fast.

Helped make what was a complicated issue so simple

I appreciate the help I got today. I wanted to change my website domain without getting into tech side of things myself because I haven't got a clue how to do that. Soundarya made it so easy for me and I'm grateful. The support here is AMAZING. Keep it up!

They never let you down.

5 stars. They get back to you the same day (even sundays), and they are extremely helpful. Once you have a problem they are in constant contact till the issue is dealt with.

I was looking to improve the reliability, performance, and storage capability of our Moodle LMS system. Your service was rated #1 on a HostingAdvice.com. This was confirmed by the actual migration process and support given. The end result pleases me beyond words. Our courses on the previous server took 1 minutes to load. On yours, 4 seconds!

Excellent, Fast Service

The Rep helping me replied so quickly – I put in a service ticket in the early morning asking for help with transferring a site to a new domain, and I wasn't expecting a reply until the afternoon or maybe the next day, but they replied within only a few hours. They told me I just needed to make a backup of my site (just in case) before working on it, and 15 minutes after I gave them confirmation of the backup, I got a reply that they were starting to work. One hour later, the site was switched over and working great, but had a small issue with some photos not loading. That too was fixed in 15 minutes, and now the site working perfectly! Overall, I'm extremely impressed at how quick the Rep was and how easy they made the whole process. They told me what they needed, got to work, then BOOM done. 🙌🏻 Very, very happy and so relieved now that it's fixed. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service and reliability.

Without hassle the customer service agent arranged 1 year Turbo Boost renewal for me with a massive Black Friday discount. Of note is that my renewal is not up until a year from the time I write this. Truly amazing. I've had a business website for 25 years, been an A2 customer for 2 years and A2 hosting reliability and support is second to none.

Great experience, Awesome Staff!

Great experience! Eian C, Ivona and Anna all helped me with my request to change billing plans. They answered all my questions, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service that they offered. Rarer nowadays for things to run so smoothly ;)

Resolved it within 3 mins

I was facing issues on my website regarding 'images.' I contacted support and they resolved it within 3 mins. They listened to my problem carefully and resolved it immediately and then provided me with ample amount of time to check the changes.

Great service especially the live chat…

Great service especially the live chat part. Areas for improvement are:
-Faster response time on live chat
-Security as my websites get compromised quite often and A2Hosting always suggest paying to one of their affiliates to clean up malware instead of investigating loopholes on their servers.
