DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Made an online purchase in September item showed in stock. Didn’t hear from them so called to find they had to order my item. Weeks later no reply and asked for a refund in October, Louise (owner?) then made up excuses saying tokens on the website wasn’t allowing them to refund me. I was then told they could refund my money through a bank transfer or PayPal late November but still nothing! This company doesn't Return calls, messages or emails. Avoid this company!

They took my money and did not respond for 20 days till I sent a message via Instagram and wrote a review on maps. All three emails remained unanswered.
Read all one-star reviews on maps, you won't buy anything online from them if you value your money.
There are a lot of people who could not receive their money back.

That was the worst experience ever with rude staff.

Just a quick note to say I received my Badlands pants today and am over the moon, Louise at ADV Gear was spot on with sizing and her communication was perfect. I know they are hard to come by at the moment but every step was communicated perfectly and now they have arrived I am a happy biker..

Adventure Gear will be my first port of call for all things Klim..

Initial response to email and order. Item in stock. Not dispatched and now no response to messages nearly 4 weeks later.

Klim isn't the easiest bike gear to get your hands on. They have everything in the Dakar range, plus all of the motorcycle on-road range. I found ADV Gear great to deal with. My order was sent out the day I placed it plus I got a free tshirt which was unexpected. I'll shop here for my Klim stuff in future. 5 stars.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I bought KLIM outlander gtx shoes.They didn't have shoes, so they sent them to me. They didn't return my money.They do not reply to email or messages. After several attempts, I called someone, she promised to return the money, to this day I have neither goods nor money.

I was looking for a KLIM hoodie for my wife’s birthday what after sometime i was informed it was not in stock. I did receive an email saying there was stock coming but then heard no more. I’m starting to think this is a scam company and that the hoodie will not arrive. I hope to be proved wrong and will obviously reevaluate my review, but at the moment I’m not impressed.

I've just purchased a pair of Klim Marrakesh trousers and gloves from ADV GEAR. I've been trying for sometime to find a supplier that had or could get these items. I searched the internet and came up blank, until I spoke to Louise. She had the gloves in stock and got the trousers within two days. I can only describe her customer service as fantastic and that's not overstating things. I've got used to the general decline in service that's only been accelerated by companies being able to blame Covid or Brexit or both. Buying from Louise was an absolute pleasure and when I need a new Winter suit she'll be the first person I contact.
If Carlsberg did customer service they'd do ADV GEAR Customer service!
