Other reviewers said that they found AirHelp's fee to be too high.
I found AirHelp to be very efficient in collecting the information from me and dealing with the carrier.
The settlement , less the fee, arrived in my bank account sooner than they anticipated.
I don't think hat I could have gone through the compensation process on my own.

Skulle ha uppskattat om jag blivit kontaktad av en person då jag bad om detta. Resultatet blev att jag i detta läge gick miste om ersättningar för två personer. Detta ska nu prövas och medför extra avgifter för mig. Dessutom har jag framfört detta önskemål vid ett flertal tillfällen. Mycket trist. Alla är inte superduktiga på engelska eller vana datahanterare.

Really bad , i have tried many times to explain to you that you did a mistake.
the app is great and the idea is great
but one mistake from an agent that he didnt want to try and correct.

2 flights should be 2 compensation not 1.
for exactly the same issue my friend with his family got 2 compensations with the same app ,
they just dont want to listen and to explain them the mistake they did.
i dont think any one will come back to this .

Avionul WizzAir a avut o întârziere de 5 ore și am ales AirHelp pentru că un prieten primise despăgubiri tot prin ei. Le-am pus la dispoziție documentele solicitate, care îmi erau oricum la îndemână. În afară de reclamatia de pe site-ul AirHelp.com si cateva e-mailuri trimise lor, nu am avut nimic de făcut.
După o lună și jumătate am primit banii in cont atât pentru mine cat si pentru soție.
Sunt reglementări internationale in care sunt stipulate despagubirile in astfel de cazuri, iar AirHelp se ocupă de hartogaraie, cobtra unui comision meritat. Eu am incasat 150euro, iar ei 50, pentru fiecare bilet de avion
Ne pregătim pentru un nou sejur.

Service rapide, simple et tout simplement efficace.
La mise en place du dossier est très facile et très bien expliquée, le suivi des étapes par e-mail est également très apprécié. Ensuite il n’y a plus qu’à attendre!
Dans mon cas, le remboursement a été effectué sous 1 mois.
