I appreciate aliexpress, the package are not delayed; quite fast shipped, if no you can be refunded quickly and cancel purchase. The protection of buyer is better than TEMU or wish. I think that with time the delivery time and security of receiving is ameliorate.Since few good years my package wasn t lost which is a very good news for buying.It s similar to Amazon today.

Item as described. Very fine quality. 27A battery version is much better than the CR2032 version. Core is metal = durable. Shipping was with 2 months too slow. Attached instructions for Reset / Recover / Cloning are in English and not in Chinese which is fine for the rest of the world

I’ve bought a lot of things from here, and only had an issue with some Artificial Flowers I bought. They stunk of fish, were covered in glue and the heads were not attached properly.
I contacted the seller for a refund, they replied in Chinese, but refused to give me my money back.
However, I raised it with customer service and was refunded with a few minutes.
Of course you have to be aware that there’s a reason things are so cheap, obviously you cannot pay a few quid for something and expect top end goods.

Would recommend never buying clothes from Aliexpress. Recently received a dress from Yin You Store that was sewn terribly wrong, and another dress from Savannah Fairy Store that was advertised as cotton/linen but was a wind-breaker like nylon material. Customer Service was not helpful at all and denied my request for a refund. Neither of these items can be worn. Total waste of hard earned money!

ALIEXPRESS SIDED WITH A SELLER WHO SOLD AN INFERIOR PRODUCT AND REFUSED TO REFUND ANYTHING EVEN AFTER THE SELLER ADMITTED THEIR PRODUCT DID NOT WORK WELL. I WILL ONLY BUY PRODUCTS FROM ALIEXPRESS THAT SHEIN DOES NOT SELL IN FUTURE. SHEIN IS WAY BETTER.

I lost a big amount of money because the seller used the tracking number for another name and address and name in my city to fake shipping goods when he actually haven't. In dispute and appeal Aliexpress didn't try to analyse my proofs.

There is no protection for customers.
Your case is closed after they inform you that the package has arrived at the local post office. The local post office is also playing dumb, like AliExpress. They say it is a small package and they have no option to track it. And tracking shows that your package has been stuck on HUBUDB BUDAPEST 1005 B for a month.

What kind of nonsense is the statement that Aliexpress will refund you when your package isn't delivered??
My order has never arrived; guess what AE's statement is; "you didn't provide us with valid evidence to prove you haven't received your package."
Go figure. How well does customer protection work? Yes, you guessed it, it doesn't. They couldn't care less, yet this platform and their scams remain legal.
Bye-bye money. AliExpress never again.

I have bought a few (two or three orders)things from AliExpress with no problems ( other than the long waits for delivery). The problem started over a request for a refund for an item that never arrived after constant emails and daft messages for an item that was ordered at the beginning of August and still hadn't arrived the end of October even though it was promised to arrive by the end of September. An entire month of requests for a refund and I just gave up . Do yourself a favour a give AliExpress a miss it's just not worth the hassle. Delete your account and move on from this nonsense "company"! It's a complete scam.

Order never arrived. I attached detailed pictures of the tracking information which shows it has been out for delivery since 9/25/2023. First they told me to check my local post office. They didn't have it. Then they closed the dispute since I "didn't provide enough evidence." I appealed the dispute. Then they closed the appeal since - get this - "after checking, I am sorry but your appeal cannot be accepted since the evidence you provided is invalid. In this case, you are suggested to take detailed pictures or videos of the product defects." How do I take pictures of a product that never arrived?! I disputed the charge on my credit card and got a refund immediately. I am a long time buyer of this website and will never buy from here again.

I have given a rating of 1 as I can't give 0, even after communication with seller and my item still not delivered, even after I'd paid for my item, even after aquiring evidence of non delivery and postal service showing me the delivery address where item was delivered which wasn't mine, even after finding out all this information the seller still has not refunded me nor sent me the item I paid for. WARNING,this seller is acting fraudulent.
I recommend not using this seller.

I placed 2 orders with Aliexpress, both with the same store Di Da store, for the same thing. One order was 11 October 23 (8177574219459854) and the other 13 October 23 (8177149767899854). One order I received the other I did not receive so I opened a dispute and was denied, also some how the orders were confirmed as received, one by me the other??, I also appealed after I was asked to get proof from the post office…they can’t prove something they didn’t get themselves and apparently this store can not handle 2 orders at the same time to the same address. Aliexpress integrity has taken such a nosedive and again due diligence has to be taken so seriously with them anymore sad but true.
