i was kept up to date with the progress of my order ( a freezer), and although there was a wait for it, I was contacted regularly to assure me that it was on its way, and that its expected delivery date was still the same. I was given clear notice of the actual date and time of delivery, and a choice to change it if required. Delivery men were polite and helpful and came when expected. The freezer is as described and doing a great job!
