unfortunately it’s the second time that i ordered from your website and didnt get the “gratis Hyaluronplus” and I’m not gonna order anymore from you cause it’s so unprofessional that you mention it when we order and then you don’t sent it!

Please reply to my email, very urgent, I placed 2 orders 13519767 and 13520055, I didn't receive any of them after almost 2 weeks, please refund me full amount and contact DHL to return the parcel to you directly, because I called DHL they say only the sender can contact them to find the parcel or change shipping address.
