not Satisfied

unfortunately it’s the second time that i ordered from your website and didnt get the “gratis Hyaluronplus” and I’m not gonna order anymore from you cause it’s so unprofessional that you mention it when we order and then you don’t sent it!

They replied quite promptly, I will wait to see if I receive the refund also this fast.

Please reply to my email, very urgent, I placed 2 orders 13519767 and 13520055, I didn't receive any of them after almost 2 weeks, please refund me full amount and contact DHL to return the parcel to you directly, because I called DHL they say only the sender can contact them to find the parcel or change shipping address. Please help me, thank you.

Thank you for your message. We are very sorry for the delay of your delivery. We have cancelled order 13520055 and refunded it to your bank account. Order 13519767 is at the DHL shop and as soon as we receive it back it will be refunded as well.
