Wide variety of useful apps that work…

Wide variety of useful apps that work seamlessly with every other Ashampoo software. Just wish they would offer beta testing at least for long-time users like myself. It is ALWAYS better to have tested a software's FULL functionality before investing high prices like the ones Ashampoo charges

I have been using several Ashampoo…

I have been using several Ashampoo utilities for several years now thanks to Make Use Of recommendations and have no complaints. In addition, their regular sale offerings have enticed me to try some of their other products that have turned out to be great values.

Update of my first bad review of the 3D…

Update of my first bad review of the 3D CAD Architecture 9.
I've tried again, today, to download the program and, this time, I've manage to solve my problem. The program is working perfectly well and I will start soon working with it.

Doesn't work without Internet access.

PDF pro is the only Ashampoo program I used fairly regularly and for the price I was satisfied with the product until my Internet connection went down. When you start the program, it dials home to see if it has been registered. If it can't dial home, it doesn't let you start the program, so whilst my Internet was down, I couldn't use it at all. I consider this to be a serious problem. All my other software would run without the Internet.

Our software checks the license and there is an internet connection necessary for that. However, we also provide an offline activation for PDF Pro.

Super helferlein

Bloody absolutely extremely horrible…

Bloody absolutely extremely horrible PDF program. Purchased a while back, it continues to launch a pop-up of advertising (uh, hello, fully purchased?!!), and produces terrible resolution of documents. Makes documents look like they've been photo-copied over and over.
My stock investing house won't even accept a pdf copy of my bank account info because they think I've doctored it, and trying to commit fraud.
If possible, I'd give 0 stars. Poor quality product. I'm actually saying Booo.

I got Excellent customer service from Ashampoo

49% bad reviews? Clearly, the customers who are satisfied are _not_ leaving a message.

I like Ashampoo software. It gets the job done without having unnecessary bells and whistles.

An intermittent problem with MusicStudio 8 popped up a couple days ago. I opened an online issue and within 24 hours received an email from a real person suggesting a fix based on Win10 security. I use Norton 360 and emailed that to the tech rep (first name Martin). The next day he sent me instructions on how to modify Norton to hopefully fix the problem.

My experience is that Ashampoo provides good customer service.

In the face of an emergency this works

Backup systems are like insurance companies, you only know if they are any good if you have to make a claim.
Well, today I turned on my computer and got the windows message that it was unable to load. After allowing windows to try and fix the problem a few times it was clear this was not going to work.
Fortunately I had created a rescue disc through ashampood and used this to the restore system. Restored the whole drive and .... the problem was still there.
I then remembered I had been doing some maintenance just before taking the backup. Ashampoo allows multiple copies, so I went back one day, restored, and the system was fully operational. I was then able to use the latest backup to recover data files.
The result, a happy customer with a fully restored operational system. What more could you want.

All Depends on PDF pro 3 type of document

Recently purchased PDF Pro 3 looking at all the features. The first document I loaded was an 'Acrobat' protected document and found the mouse scrolling jerky and clunky. In addition, clicking on the 'File/Home' tab resulted in a 30 second wait before the menu appeared. I found no problems with an unprotected document but easily duplicated these problems with security items checked off. Sent copy to developer. No response.

Ashampoo backup does not work

Ashampoo backup does not work and support is useless. Last excuse from support is they did not have the chance to test my backup before the problem occurred! Well there Winoptimizer did not warn me my laptop had a problem, Ashampoo software is always for sale at reduced prices and that’s because it is not fully tested and developed.

I have had only the best experiences with this company. I have been using their software for several years and it has always worked exactly as it should. I currently use eight of their products and am very satisfied.

PDF PRO 2 .

PDF PRO 2 .. not pro at all, Waste of zero's and one's Crash Crash and More Crashing , it's hard to a imagine a worst PDF editor then Adobe Acrobat But Ashampoo has managed to do it. A real Effort here in Terrible Software that should never be given away let alone Sold.. waste of money Stay clear of anything Ashampoo, Been waiting for an update for months, nothing, still crashing I left this review and kind of forgot to give it one, but after trying it many times on 4 difference computers over 9 more months hoping for a update .. still waiting But the up side is at least I remembered today to give it a review =)

Ashampoo has the best customer service…

Ashampoo has the best customer service support I have come across, I have been having a problem with the speed of Backup Pro 16 which Martin has been helping me with. Unfortunately we haven't solved the problem but nevertheless, the support was amazing. Thank you Martin. I love Ashampoo products in general and find they are excellent value for money.

Happy Ashampoo Customer

I have been using Ashampoo's products for many years now and have to say that overall I am happy and have little to complain about. I do find PDF Pro quite slow to start but suspect my Security Suite may be checking it and Ashampoo's buy something else pop ups does not help. I find their customer and technical support fine.

Ashampoo are a good software vendor

I own multiple Ashampoo products, most of them are excellent, and some are OK but a lot cheaper than their competitors so pay your money and make your choice.

The only complaint I have is that one of the products (Driver Updater) continually tells me that my license has been activated too many times. I have it installed on two devices and the license allows three devices.

The customer service/support has always been helpful and answered my requests within 24 hours.

I see a lot of negative reviews about pushy marketing, yes they do bombard you with products marketing e-mails. However....... during a product install it asks you if you want to hear about new products, just decline. Alternatively, go to the settings and change your correspondence options.

I use the Connect app which acts as a software hub allowing easy installation and global account configuration.
