Great service and quick at sorting out our returns.We ordered some barstools which arrived promptly but on assembling them they both had a wobble.Reported the problem and were quick at responding to our problem.Offered a replacement, we decided we wanted a refund,which they agreed to without hassle and they arranged the return quickly and refunded the full amount.
Would definitely use them again.

I love my new stools and boy, did I spend a long time choosing! They are easy to assemble, sturdy, fit perfectly under our breakfast bar so they don’t take up too much room. The low backs have a bit of give in them so they are comfy.
Bought one day and delivered the next, winner. Can’t get better than that. Very happy.

I’m really please with my purchases, they look great in my new kitchen . I was a bit worried about ordering furniture on line ,but reviews were good so I took a chance and wasn’t disappointed . Great service , free next day delivery. I had one of the stool legs was damaged , I rang customer service and the sent a new leg next day without sending whole stool back .

The chair was an excellent match to my other dining chairs, unfortunately it was harder to put together than it said. The holes for the screws were not in alignment, consequently one of them got damaged. However in all it served its purpose.
We ordered 4 Stools from Atlantic and…
We ordered 4 Stools from Atlantic and when they arrived we decided they were not what we were looking for although had assembled all 4. On contacting Atlantic I was told that provided we returned the stools in the original packing we would be refunded - We did so and ordered a different set of stools - Our new stools arrived within 2 days and the refund for the returned stools was processed and back in our paypal account before the fee for the new stools was taken. Great service and lovely stools.

delivery was very quick and the chairs are lovely, just a bit disappointed I had to put them together. didn't realise they were like a flat pack.
