Excellent service

The online order process was extremely simple to use, the product turned up on time, and as described. One item was damaged in transit - probably by a forktruck, however, this doesn't affect our ability to use it, so that was not a problem.

The case I received arrived quickly…

The case I received arrived quickly (I'm in the UK) and was just as I'd hoped.

Order took 3 weeks and when it arrived…

Order took 3 weeks and when it arrived it contained only 1 of the items, other 11+ items missing. When I called them you have to wait 10 minutes just for someone to pickup.

AUER product and quality is really good, but the service is so bad next time I'll buy from a reseller. Actually, most negative reviews are not of the product/quality but the service which is a pity.

Inacceptable

Inacceptable, after 3 weeks waiting I m still waiting the case , they say 5 days delivery , big lie , there is an obvious problem of communication in this company , I don't recommand you this company at all

Awful customer service

Products seem good.
Customer service absolutely awful. Felt like I was talking to a chatbot; Siri/Alexa have better manners and front-line customer approach.
No option to pay by credit card??

Terrible service

Terrible service, it has now been 2 months since I placed my order. Tried contacting and was told no update could be sent as they do not know when the item will be put into production. No updates from staff, just found out they still have not started production on the item as they are waiting for their supplier to deliver rubber seals.

Long time since order to delivery

Prices are reasonable and the stuff is helpful. However... I've ordered and payed for 8 boxes on Monday and followed up by calling the company on Friday to hear if the product was shipped. The answer was that they just found out that they were out of stock for this product and had to produce them on the following day. The product was shipped on Monday the following week, but didn't arrive to Denmark(the neighbouring country) till next Monday, thereby ruining my plans to use the product for an event the weekend before and having to invest in alternative solution. I wonder what would happen if I didn't call them to check on the product status. Not a pleasant experience.
