I am still waiting for my phone which was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago.
They have cancelled the order, they haven't contacted me whatsoever and the multiples times I have tried to talk to them they were unavailable or a bot answered. Of course the money was taken the same day, how convenient.
Disappointed and really poor service.
PS: I´m still waiting to get an answer, my phone or my money.

We ordered an iPhone SE. Got it and it worked for 6 months, then the disaster began. The battery would turn off every two or three hours, we sent it back and the provider didn’t want to fix it because the protector screen was cracked (it has to be taken off anyway), FINALLY got it back almost two months later and now, hardly a month after that entire hassle, the battery has broken and the entire phone is ‘swollen’ to which there was no answer or solution provided and it can’t even be legally sent back with the battery having filtered out. We made our purchase here because we believe in principles similar to Backmarket’s and are saddened to realize we’ve only generated MORE trash and STILL don’t have a working phone. Pathetic and absolutely non-recommended.
I read a few bad reviews for Back Market but decided the roll the dice. I purchased what was described as Verizon compatible Iphone. I understand Back Market is just the intermediary but the actual seller, Upgrade Solution, should audit/confirm the compatibility before its mailed out. Not the case. It was an AT&T phone. Check out Gazelle. They actually sell whats described. Very disappointing Back Market!!!! You should drop Upgrade Solutions. They are costing you money and customers.

Tracking the delivery was difficult but it arrived quickly. Very happy.
The best desicion i've ever made
My name is Darren. I purchased (or what I thought I purchased) a Mac Book from them for $299.99 on 09-10-2019.
I didn't get a confirmation email from them, but I did get charged the $299.99 for the item. So I called them right after, was on hold for 19 mins, and the rep told me that sometimes it takes up to 24 to 48 to give me a order number or confirmation number. I waited 48 hours, then called back waiting on hold for 20 mins then the call hung up, called again and waited 19 mins and the rep told me that the order was canceled, and that I will be getting a refund. They told me the sent the money back and that its up to my back to release it. I called my bank and they told me that they have a hold on my transaction and that Back Market has to release it. So I called Back market back, waiting another 19 mins for him to tell me that he has escalated to management and that he will email me back within 24 hours..... I waited 24 hours, called the next morning, waited 15 mins then someone answered then hung up, called back, waited 19 mins again for the rep to tell me that they are still waiting to hear back from management. I just want my money back, I feel like they scammed me out of 299.99 bucks.
Ordered a phone and sender did not require a signature. So the package was stolen and if you order from a real company they would make something like this right, but Back Market says it is out of their hands. This is why you only buy from real retailers and not this broke a$$ business.
I ordered a phone from them and it worked. But then it broke so I returned it for a refund. They gave me some super long message that was very vague on how to fix it. I have tried calling to speak to someone and you just wait and wait. It has been 2 weeks since I sent in the phone for refund and I have still gotten no where. I still don't have my $200 back.
Bought an iPhone 8 Plus at back market two days ago and I couldn’t be more satisfied!
The phone is in a better condition than expected and the shipping went also really quickly.
The price is also really good for this quality and accessories that came with the phone.
Definitely a shop I would recommend and I will definitely buy my next phone there again!

Purchased an iphone 6 plus as a birthday present. the phone was not functional and would never charge more than 13%. the phone was obviously not properly refurbished nor checked.
I now realize that Back Market is only a storefront for resellers, if they had been transparent I would never have placed an order with them. I have now sent the item back for refund and purchased from another company
I ordered and received an IPhone 7. I didn't realize that I purchased the phone from a third party vendor and not directly from Black Market. The reseller is CommSell. The phone didn't function properly. The screen would freeze and Verizon couldn't activate it. It was never refurbished, never checked, never tested by CommSell. I was promised a return shipping label and have yet to receive one. I am so tired of being scammed.
Do not purchase a phone from this company. They have no quality control.
