Very easy to order online and quite fast. I like it

The quality of the material is amazing but the stitching can be hit or miss. One dungaree I bought fell apart after trying it on twice. Despite this the clothes are great for the price, postage is good, and they have the fastest refunds I've ever received. They also have paper packaging which is great for reducing plastic.

I ordered a top to one of your stores…

I ordered a top to one of your stores and I collected the item when it came a week late only to open it and to find out it was the wrong color. I am absolutely fuming I was supposed to wear the top to go out for my birthday tonight. Not very impressed as I have no alternative.

The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that when my parcel was delivered it was just placed in a cupboard outside my flat door and the delivery person could not be bothered to ring my bell. Received your email stating it had been delivered and had to chase around my building looking for it thinking it had been stolen. So if I order again I would ask that deliveries be notified by contacting customer.

I have better experience

Well, the process was fine. Only at the pick-up, I was waiting for so long because no one knew what to do but then a girl came and she was teaching the other girl how to do it. Honestly, except for the girl that knew what to do, the other girls weren't so friendly.

1st time buyer

1st time buyer. Purchased almost $300 of goods. The tracking said it was delivered but it's no where to be found. I contacted customer service and their response was basically that UPS claims it was delivered so good luck & thanks for your cooperation. Um....NO. You're going to resend it or refund me.
