Its called besttransport, which is a joke cause it is the worse shipping company. I ordered from h&m and it was supposed to be sent next day. I received a message from the shipping company, but no one showed up. I called them the day agter, they said to send a detailed email about the issue which i did, they offered to drop it off next day, which did not happen. I wrote them, no answer. I wrote again demanding confirmation and got no answer. Very unproffessionel, bad customer service, never use this Company!!

Its called besttransport but this is the worse shipping company. I ordered a pair of shoes from h&m in the 26/4/2018 and it was supposed to be sent next day. I received a message from the shipping company in the 4/5/2018 that i was going to receive the otem on that day but no one showed up. I called them on the 9/may and they said to send a detailed email about the issue which i did then they said that they had trouble with the vehicle the package was in. They offered to different options for to when they can drop it off ( one of the two options is the 9th of may which is the same day). When i replied and picked the 9th of may they didn't answer. I wrote again demanding confirmation and got no answer.
Terrible customer service and would definitely never ever order anything that would be shipped with them!! Get your act together !!
