The Jury is out

The Jury is out! I was unable to set up an account on line, with an error message continuously saying Error Try Again Later, meaning that I could not use the 15% discount code I had been offered as a new customer. I now await delivery, seemingly tomorrow, to see whether the promised service is genuine.

I have been trying for a week now to…

I have been trying for a week now to buy some BioKult boosted but was unable to use the 15% introductory discount code promised ... it neither applies at check out as the email promises nor does BIOKULTSNEW15 or BIOKULT15 work ... I have been in touch with customer services but after a series of messages this has still not been resolved. Surely this should be very simple?! Really want to try some of this and was going to get for my whole family but am losing heart/patience.

Fantastic service AND product

I placed my order about 5pm, and my supplements arrived at 9.30am the next day!! I ordered a months worth Boosted Extra Strength to help me recover from a bout of salmonella, and I started to feel better within 2 days, I’m considering adding these to my daily routine after the month is up - they have worked wonders. All in all, a great experience

Expired product delivered and now given the runaround…

They shipped me a product already expired. When I contacted customer service, I was told their quality team would have to look into it first before they could refund me or replace the product. I sent 2 pictures of the expired product so they could clearly see it. Do your own investigation on your own time! Don’t make the customer wait for the refund or replacement product! Really poor customer service process.

Bio-kult, the best thing since sliced bread.

Having had a lifetime of gut problems I was told about bio-kult. I’ve been using it now for a few weeks. Initially I had a little disturbance in my gut but persevered because it did say this can occur. I’m so pleased I did because the results have been unbelievable. My stomach has suffered with indigestion and heartburn often for no obvious reasons and has impacted on me almost daily throughout my adult life. For the first time I feel normal. I’ve had no gut problem for quite some time now and my whole body feels truly well. I would not have thought this possible. Previously I’d relied on intermittent use of a proton pump inhibitor. Since taking bio-kult I’ve not taken any. Of all the different things I’ve tried over the years, nothing has helped like this. I can highly recommend this to anyone who has chronic gut problems and hope it works as well for you as it has for me. Thankyou Bio-Kult.

This is probably worst customer…

This is probably worst customer experience I have ever had. They literally will not process a cancel order. I canceleld my subscription on April 15 and they sent me another order on May 4. I reached out multiple times to their customer service through email (they dont have a phone number) and I have received no response. Meanwhile I expect to keep getting charged. Crazy.

The best weapon against CDiff returning

I started my husband on Bio Kult boosted after he had been in hospital and contracted CDiff after too many antibiotics.
After three rounds of Vancomycin it came back again and again.
He has been taking Bio Kult boosted for the past two months and so far so good and the CDiff has not returned.
I can’t thank Bio Kult enough for their help in this matter. Anyone who know anything about CDiff understands how dreadful and debilitating it can be.
He’s now back to normal bowel movements and we are both so relieved.

These have been a life changed for me

These have been a life changed for me. I suffered daily with heartburn and reflux. I have been to hospital twice been on different medication. But since taking bio kult it has completed gone, I have to keep pinching myself as I am amazed at how well I feel

The best probiotics out there

The best probiotics out there, Bio-Kult has changed my life! After taking regularly I don’t have anymore bloating, I can tolerate dairy again, and I feel so much happier. I’ve not felt anxious or stressed and my brain fog is gone! Bio-Kult has definitely helped me to keep my UC in remission and my CRP is now normal! Who knew those little microbes could do such much 😀 I highly recommend

Game changer.

Game changer.
I have IBS and diverticula’s disease. Most days I was crippled with cramping and diarrhoea which made my life a misery.
Taking 2 Bio kult after every evening meal has changed my life and I have very few if any IBS or diverticula attacks.
I cannot recommend this product enough and hope this review will help other sufferers out there.

Prompt delivery but please reduce the…

Prompt delivery but please reduce the amount of packaging used.
I started taking these after a very upset stomach after a recent foreign holiday. They have helped to calm and settle the system. They have helped to reduce bloating and gas produced which I've suffered with for months. Easy to take, I take with breakfast and I felt noticeably better after a week's use.
I will definitely be ordering more.

Unfortunately, as yet our blister packs cannot go with your household recycling. The Bio-Kult blister packs offer a high protection against moisture oxygen. This is what protects all the friendly bacteria, giving you a high-quality Bio-Kult product and means you’ve got the stated amount of bacteria in each capsule, whether you use it on the day of purchase or on the use-by date. It also means you don’t have to use valuable space in your fridge to look after it, as you can store it anywhere, as long as it’s cool and dry, you can even and take it with you when travelling.

Whilst we work on packaging that will still look after the product and be a bit more sustainable, you’ll be glad to hear that our blister packs can be recycled by taking them into Boots or Superdrug who run recycling schemes for this type of packaging.

More than a gut feeling!

I love Bio-Kult! I really struggled with IBS symptoms a few years ago and a family member recommended Bio-Kult - I haven't looked back since ☺️
Not only has it helped with my digestive issues but I definitely have seen a difference in my immunity against bugs, I rarely catch a cold nowadays and I genuinely believe it's down to Bio-Kult 🧡

too much tummy ach to continue

I have suddenly started to suffer from constipation (age 57) and have read that it could be down to my gut health. So I started taking fybrogel just to move things along and then introduced one Bio-kult pill a day. After a week I'm going to stop. The bloating, gas and general unwell feeling in my stomach isn't worth it. I read the site where it says I can take smaller doses by taking the pills apart etc. To be honest I can't be bothered. I have subsequently read a review that says others have reported feeling this way while taking the pills and it could be down to the "2 million CFU where doctors recommend 10 million" I don't know but I'm chucking these out - shame I went for the 3 for 2 offer at boots :)

I have irritable bowel issues and some…

I have irritable bowel issues and some food intolerances. Taking BioKult once daily has helped me to manage my condition better and less flare ups of the tummy occur. I’ve also bought one box for a friend who suffers from very bad reflux. When I passed it to him he was having a bad bout of it and despite doctor medication, it was not helping. He took 2 capsules daily (one with bfast and one with dinner) and within 3 days he had less reflux issues and heartburn. It has been really helpful. The original formula works best for me.

Question the size of packaging to deliver a small item

Hi Team

I have purchased on two occasions the Bio Kult "Every day" (30 tablets) on line. I have no issue with the product I am sure it has helped over the last few months. Previously I bought these tablets in a retailer in a nearby town. My question to the organisation is why the delivery packaging A cardboard box that measures 220 x 160 x 110 mm and then filled with plastic for such a very small package. that holds 30 tablets. I have no issues with delivery service and confirm that ordering to delivery is brilliant and very prompt "First class"

Impressed with these probiotics

Really good delivery time, nice updates re order. Waited a while to review as it's obviously a long term situation. It has certainly helped lessen my acid reflux, not gone completely but I will continue taking these probiotics as I'm impressed with the results.

Been suffering with pain from…

Been suffering with pain from diverticulitis for years i take 2 of these daily and have zero pain for the first time in years. Noticed them working after 5 days now a month in I can surf and twist without back pains from inflammation. Game changer. Holland and Barrett recommended this brand said they were his favourite brand. Great product

Poor Customer Service and Delivery

Items were meant to be delivered last Wednesday by Evri, with agreed time slot. I waited all day, no delivery, only to find the tracking stating they could not deliver as I wasn't in - usual lie. I chased it up, no tracking update for 2 more days, then they assure me it will be delivered Saturday. Didn't arrive. Told Bio-Kult again and requested refund, only to be fobbed off, asked to wait longer to see if item arrives. It's now Monday, item not arrived. Evri now admit it's lost and they're searching for it! Surprise. Told Bio kult who again asked me to wait another 48 hours, by which time I'm certain they'll extend that. They owe me roughly £48. Totally unprofessional and a blatant breach of the consumer good act as the goods did not arrive by the agreed date. Now going to launch a dispute via bank. Will never buy form them again.

Ordered several boxes of the Multi strain Advanced 120’s.

Ordered several boxes of the multi-strain advanced for my nephew in Mexico who finds he cannot live without it! His autism brings gut symptoms that can cause diarrhoea and taking the multi-strain prevents and regulates his bowel movements. His face lit up when I unpacked the boxes. A very happy customer!

Bio-Kult probiotic my first choice

I was recommended by my Doctor to take Bio-Kult probiotics. I used to buy it from a shop but it was out of stock before the Covid pandemic. Hence I bought online from Bio-Kult directly. When I first bought the delivery takes a few weeks but improved to one week now. Both quality and service is good so will continue to use it.
