I would give these workouts 4 or 5 stars except I cannot hear the trainer over the music. It is very difficult to hear form cues or even rest times, not to mention directives for the actual exercise. Instead of feeling relaxed or refreshed after the workouts all I feel is frustrated. I have been member since the DVD's were around, and if this isn't fixed soon I will cancel my membership and sign up elsewhere.

Loved it.
My only comment was the avocados were not always ripe, so if im eating salads and counting my calories, i didn't want to waste it on hard avocado, that's all.
Would've liked some flexibility, like removing ingredients that make me feel nauseous such as parsley for ex.
Lastly, and i hope you take it as a compliment, the seed crackers are yummy, but if you're gonna offer it you should have it in shop as well so I can continue with your inspirational paleo program :).

Some of the meals were kind of tasteless.

I just wish the meals can be delivered a little later in the morning and not wake me up, otherwise everything is perfect and yummy and filling!

I ordered a weight loss protein program for the first time from BodyBlocks. I wanted to try the program as I am the owner of sea salt bakery & cafe and i'm very keen to know how other businesses are supporting the clean eating community & I support what you do big time! I was a little worried when I had made sure I ordered the Dairy free women's menu and the food on the menu was already gluten free, which was perfect for me since I am extremely intolerant to dairy and allergic to wheat. Gluten intolerant as well, but I have no problems with organic clean oats. On the first day, I received the first day meals of the Women's menu (including dairy) as I went back to the menus online and it was already clear there was a mix up, however the cheese was removed from salads. Until one day I received yoghurt and granola for breakfast and it was then that I realised I had to say something. I contacted Rasha and she explained that there was a mistake indeed from your end and that the dairy free menu should have been delivered for 7 days, but for some reason they sent the dairy menu. It was nice of her to send me one day free and I told her that I eat gluten free and dairy free so she send me something I can eat. To my surprise again, she sent me a Couscous salad, which contains gluten. I don't think I need to explain myself further, it's clear that an allergy and intolerance needs to be taken very seriously especially when you are using high quality foods which I truly appreciate and your taste is very good and nutrition balance is on point. ************Please make sure you also add a comment box on your check out page when people are purchasing a package because it makes all the difference. - Passand

Timely and smooth delivery, EXCELLENT wuality of food... the detox package actually had me quite full throughout the day. 5 stars all around.

The soups needs improvement and the betroot smoothie comes so thick sometimes it’s impossible to drink but overall I love it I always order it

Portion of salad was decent. Portion of dressing was too little though.

The ingredients were very very fresh, tasty meals, very efficient and punctual service. I love it.

Delivery time range is between 6-9 am but they can’t deliver in constant time daily and in fact they can’t deliver even at 6 am as they claim so the factual time is not any time before 7:00 am. In all cases one has to wait during the suggested range time regardless of one’s daily plan to go to work or to the gym early morning or to must eating early morning if u have a health condition. Way too expensive for a bunch of greenery meals that are well known to be very cheap in the market. The portions are ridiculously small and minimum variety of food
