Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Bought 2 clubs end of July and the 12kg club had chips in the coating. The finish for a new club is not what is expected. After many emails complaining not a single reply. Many phone calls also and no answer. On the web site there is a 30 day money back guarantee. This is useless if you can't contact them. Be warned. Go elsewhere.

I've used the other 2-3 major strength…

I've used the other 2-3 major strength equipment retailers in the UK in the last 3 months for expensive items, and honestly BodyRip are by far the best service.

It's important to use a good courier, and common sense dictates that heavy items are going to cost a lot of money to send, therefore retailers will use the cheapest possible. Unfortunately that usually leads to poor service and customer dissatisfaction. BodyRip on my orders have used good couriers and it's made all the difference.

5/5 will definitely order again and with confidence it will come and any issues sorted out quickly

Very poor service for a so called named brand

Purchased one of their products "180KG Cable Crossover Machine" from one of their re-sellers. Item that arrived was of very poor quality. Many defects and even the logo was not applied correctly and part of it came of in the box. Re-seller after sales service was poor so though I would see if BodyRip themselves could help resolve the issue I was having with one of their products/suppliers and to provide more information on product, supplier and quality control process. All emails so far have been ignored so they only seem interested in flogging their low quality products and providing no after sales care. The only email address I could find was for their sales department which kinda shows what kind of service they are interested in. Sales only. This is my first BodyRip purchase and will now be the last now I know that the quality of service and product are poor. My advice is to please steer clear and purchase from a more reputable firm who can offer better quality products and service.
