I would strongly recommend this company. Dave was very professional, did his job in 1 day when other told me that they need at least 2 days for what I need. He has cleaned after he has finished and he has spend ta least 20 min to explain how to use the WiFi system not just to give to me the instructions book. Even another adviser said to me that is a great offer. Why to pay more for the this work.

The engineers where pleasant
The engineers where pleasant, informative and did a great job, put down plastic matting over carpets, removed old boiler and vertical flue and fitted new one , cleaned up and removed all packaging and went through all controls so I could understand them.
All in all a very good experience .
All paperwork sent including registration, 10year warranty and gas certificates

Heatlex (Rhodri Thomos Rees)…
I hired Heatlex (Rhodri Thomos Rees) via Boiler Guide. I trusted to the many good reviews on their web site. But his work was far below the required quality and even with damage to my property. He left the job unfinished and even dangerous according to a gas safe.
After all this, I saw that Rodri had written wonderful reviews on my behalf, in which I wrote a review on the Boiler Guide website, but it was deleted and I was blocked.
My advice is to not trust the reviews because they are manipulated.

Swift boiler replacement quotes
Had 3 companies very quickly respond to my request for a replacement boiler and all gave acceptable quotes. All three said that they could fit a boiler within 3 days of acceptance.

... and would have been happy to contract either of the 2. It was a very useful service as we needed a new boiler to be installed quickly and many installers were fully booked until the new year!

Rapid response
I had 4 companies who gave mostly prompt quotes after surveying my property. All were fairly similar. I had previously phoned around local companies to quote on laying a new gas pipe but all were too busy or too expensive, so when I decided I would get a new boiler as well as the pipe work done I was pleasantly surprised by the fast response.

Efficient but only provided 2 of 3 installers
We were supposed to provide 3 companies, they only provided 2. Of those, only one provided a quote, the other came out and surveyed but did not quote.
Superior were superb
Superior were superb, advised us of the requirements of getting a boiler moved from kids bedroom cupboard up into the loft. Competitive quote, job had to wait until other jobs were completed to get the roof boiler-ready but then the job was completed in 1 day, so we have a new boiler in time for Christmas. Thank you Superior!
