I would not recommend bravofly to anyone! Would instead warn to ever make a booking with this company.
Their customer service is completely impossible to use, and employees do not have any knowledge about their own rules and ticket types in their own company.
I spent a week trying to change a flexible ticket, the whole process was so slow and filled with so many mistakes from Bravoflys employees. It involved many phonecalls with different people in the company and was filled with so many price errors (fees I did to did not have to pay and price changes).
The result was, that I was told a whole new price the morning of my original departure date. Bravofly told med I could either accept this new (and way more expensive) offer or not use my ticket, since the fight was in only a few hours.
My advise: Do not book your fight with Bravofly. Their service is terrible and their knowledge about the rules in their own company is none exsitant. You end up feeling that they try everything they can to charge you more than you need to, and their is nothing you as a costumer can do about it.
