Scam?

Hello,

I just booked a flight and did not receive any confirmation by e-mail. When I log in on their website they say no bookings have been maid. Impossible to call the company, it’s already paid. I’m pretty stressed out because it seems like a common scam. I have no booking id. What to do?

I would not recommend bravofly to anyone

I would not recommend bravofly to anyone! Would instead warn to ever make a booking with this company.

Their customer service is completely impossible to use, and employees do not have any knowledge about their own rules and ticket types in their own company.

I spent a week trying to change a flexible ticket, the whole process was so slow and filled with so many mistakes from Bravoflys employees. It involved many phonecalls with different people in the company and was filled with so many price errors (fees I did to did not have to pay and price changes).

The result was, that I was told a whole new price the morning of my original departure date. Bravofly told med I could either accept this new (and way more expensive) offer or not use my ticket, since the fight was in only a few hours.

My advise: Do not book your fight with Bravofly. Their service is terrible and their knowledge about the rules in their own company is none exsitant. You end up feeling that they try everything they can to charge you more than you need to, and their is nothing you as a costumer can do about it.

Confirmation Email in Spam folder

Because I couldn't find any confirmation email one day after I booked a flight with bravofly, I booked a new flight with another agency. Later I discovered the confirmation email in my Spam folder. When I asked for a refund, bravofly offered a refund amount of only €10. I think at least pre-checked baggages (paid 60€) should be fully refunded!

In June 2019 I started the cancellation process 0f two tickets (Booking ID 1401910824) due to the sudden death of my father 4 days before the flight. Despite the fact that I have been asked for and sent the corresponding documentation and certificates twice, despite the fact that I was promised to get a refund for the tickets within a maximum period of 8 weeks, today (07/01/2020) and since November 7, 2019 I have not received any communication and of course no refund.

En Junio de 2019 inicie el proceso de cancelación de unos billetes (Booking ID 1401910824) debido al repentino fallecimiento de mi padre 4 días antes del vuelo. A pesar de que se me ha solicitado y he enviado la documentación y los certificados correspondientes 2 veces, a pesar también de que se me prometió el abono de los billetes en un plazo máximo de 8 semanas, a fecha de hoy (07/01/2020) y desde el 7 de noviembre de 2019 no he recibido comunicación alguna y por supuesto ningún reembolso.

Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service
I booked a flight, then they tried to change the price afterwards, then said if i dont respond they will cancel. When i didnt respond they still charged me. Cant call them up as they dont have an option and keep sending you in circles. When i spoke to someone they said it would be cancelled and refunded. Still hasnt been. I have had to call a number of times. Do not use.

Dont use Bravofly for booking. This company is a scammer. We book last September 2019, they took the money into my acct, after debited into my acct, they cancel our booking &telling that fully booked. Were waiting for the refund, inspote of so many follow up to my refund still not refunding my money. They keep on telling repeatedly everytime I do follow up that already refunded & chck to my bank but til now no money was refunded to my acct. Also sending my bank statement to prove that theres no refund. I am asking for the reference no. but they cant provide.
Big mistake of using this company w/o checking the their bad reviews.

I have booked my ticket two days ago. But it still is not confirm. The customer service group also don’t reply my questions. What the hell? I need to know whether I have to buy a new ticket! I will take the flight after two weeks. The price is higher and higher day by day. Please confirm my ticket or reply me as soon as possible! Otherwise I will call the police!

Hello i have been waiting more tha 48hrs for my confirmation mail of my ticket. I still cannot contact and the booking is not yet confirmed. No mails or anything. But the amount is deducted from my bank account. Could you please consider it seriously and if i should book another flight or anything. If so i want refund asap.

We still did not get the flight itenerary (e-ticket) for the flight booked and confirmed this morning!!!
We have been waiting all day for the e-ticket!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish i could give a zero star to Bravofly. They sold me a ticket with a layover that all the personnel at the airport said is practically impossible to make. There is a 2 hour layover in New York with a airport change in the middle. I will have to get my baggage hail a taxi and check in again at JFK go through security etc in 2 hours. I'm traveling by myself with a baby and a 5 year old. The plane company says that the flight doesn't even show up in there files. AirFrance basically told me i got taken advantage of over by Bravofly. Bravofly says it's my fault for not realizing this when i bought my ticket.

Over charged it was QAR 1356 and charged 1616

Good day , I have booked a flight and I end up with an increase and over charged to my credit card , this is not acceptable at all .
Try to reach them but no success , they add the insurance / cancelling when am traveling few hours later ! And when you tried to cancel it I can’t because am trav long very soon , does it make any sense !!
So Bravofly won’t be a choice for me and my followers on social media , an experience with video .. and will complain on every platform and to sky scanner .
I need an email / customer care email ID If any knows

Warning

Warning! don't use this company !! 1 star is very high rated for this company.
Poor customer service or none at all.
They lie about the possibility of changing tickets within 24 hours.
The tickets became much more expensive than what they promised on the website.
We got insurance that we shouldn't have. However, it was refunded.
The company when you call them is incredibly rude and indifferent to you.
I would strongly recommend that people avoid using the company for anything.

Terrified to suffer the same experience...

Please be attentive with your customers. With all the bad reviews you got, please make necessary actions to all the complaints and save your company. I need my confirmation flight by today, as I am worried that I'm going to have a problem at the airport if I don't have any docs to present when my departure date comes. I normally get the flight confirmation just minutes after I booked, but with you, I received a "non-confirmed booking yet" is what I received.

Please make us feel secure when making transactions with your site/s. These complaints give a bad reputation when you don't give updates and attend to the needs of your clients, which is a bad business ethics.

Confirmation never came

Confirmation never came, although they took the money from the credit card. Tried calling but impossible to get a human being, everything is automated answering machines.

1 month after we got a flight change notice from the "Real airline". Turkish airlines. So apperently they got our email. Tried calling all numbers in sight on webpages for Barvofly. Still impossible to get through the machines. And the PNR and ticket number we (very luckily) got from Turkish because of the flight change - did not work.

Calling Turkish airline apparently sorted things out, although we could not log in using the ticket number nor the PNR. We hope to fly next tuesday.

But we promised ourselves NEVER to book anything using bravofly or Lastminute.com. We can only recomment others to NOT do so. What a Mickey Mouse company.

And - NO - we have searched our spam folder several times. It's not there. We never got the confirmation.

Pending refund from cancelled flights

I booked flights from Phuket to Bangalore to Delhi for 24th Nov'19 via bravofly. I got a message from airlines that due to technical fault flight will not be operational and either I can chose the new date given by them or I can get complete amount refunded. I chose the latter option for complete refund as the new date was not suiting me. I was told by airline that my complete amount has been refunded to bravofly in Nov'19 and bravofly will in turn refund the amount to my bank account. I called up bravofly in Nov'19 and was told by them that half of the amount will be refunded now and remaining amount will be refunded later. I got half the amount refunded on 29th Nov'19 however I am still struggling to get the remaining amount refunded. It's been more than a month now and every time I call up their help desk they say that my case is under investigation and will take several months for them to come back. I called up again today, 3rd Jan'20 and was told they will investigate and come back in next 28 days but I really doubt it now considering the unprofessional behavior these folks have shown.

Terrible Assistance

After of so much wait and making follow up by calling your call center 0044 03301007838 for several times since the 30th of Dec for the confirmation of additional check in luggage and finally gave your response on the 31st Dec 10:52 am the hour before our flight from Stansted to Oslo advising us to just go directly to RYANAIR counter and check in our baggage our selves with flight leaving from STANSTED 11:50 AM 31st Dec. The action and response that you made was so unacceptable that even our boarding passes was also sent on the same time 10:52 am 31st Dec. You all are aware that check in should be done 2 hours minimum before your flight but instead you gave your response to us an hour before our departure. Have you considered how irresponsible is that!!!!. Would you check yourself with a group of 5 people with all the security checks after you checked in your flight and when we miss our flight the blames is on us?

Charged 2times for no ticket.

Tried to book a flight from Rio to Recife trough Bravofly. Got message that the “transaction did not get trough. Try again”.
Tried again 2 times. Same message. Did not get a confirmation and no flight booking but money has been charged 2times @ 4700NOK. No possibility to contact Bravofly and only voicemail on phone that hangs up time after time. A lot of same experience from other customers online. Any seller that relies on trust from customers and does not let customers get in touch with them is NO good I think. Regret not checking this firm out before booking. Morten oseberg, Norway
