I was delighted to be attending the…

I was delighted to be attending the coaching winners masterclass which Marie was facilitating.
By no stretch of the imagination was this easy to get accredited in, however the support from Marie was fantastic, so positive and patient even when I entered my over thinking mode for a short period!!
I was delighted with my outcome & feedback from Marie and I have the great pleasure of being accredited.

Great service provided, Great enthusiasm from Marie

Great enthusiasm from Marie, her energy was infectious.
Fun games and interaction which prompted each person to think about how they interact with one another.
Very informative, well balanced and makes you think about how you treat customers, how subtle changes in speech, pace and tone can make all the difference. Thinking about how we make decisions, the state of mind, motivation and a customers outcome.

Well thought out and delivered with energy

I have had the pleasure of taking part in and observing several sessions from FIT over the last week and it’s been a really energising experience.

Marie is a fantastic facilitator and really knows her stuff, more importantly she knows how to deliver it in a way that really resonates with the delegates.

The pre work undertaken before the training was shaped was thorough - and I genuinely felt that FIT cared about our business, the journey we’ve been on and where we are going next.

The feedback we have received from our teams post training has been exceptional, with many of the team finding the training has opened their minds to different ways to handle personal as well as work situations.

In short, educational, practical, long lasting and delivered with a sense of fun without losing any purpose- brilliant!

amazing 😀

Had an amazing training session with FIT training. Made me look how I manage my customers to give them a better experience and also how I look at some situations in my life. Thankyou FIT for helping me be a purple cow in a field of black and white.

Marie's enthusiasm is infectious and…

Marie's enthusiasm is infectious and her training is delivered with passion. I was fortunate to sit Marie's training first as a delegate and again to observe and take even more note. Both groups were high on energy and appeared engrossed in all topics and activities. I have also observed the difference this has made to the employee's that are on the front line, which is all positive for our customers and to our teams which is equally as important here at Yopa!

I think the real breath of fresh air for me, is watching delegates leave really believing that the effort they put into themselves, and paying close attention to their own attitudes and feelings, is what will make the biggest different to their work.

Today I received FIT training with…

Today I received FIT training with Marie, after years of receiving in house and external training I can honestly say this was the best workshop ever. It was engaging, fun and no one fell asleep.
If you want a course where you will actually learn something then this is the course for you and your company.
I have even used some of the techniques at home and it worked. Thanks Marie your training will assist me with my work and personal life.

I am FIT!

I just want to thank Marie for a fantastic day of training!

It's always a worry that training will not be able to fully engage you throughout a full day. Marie was so engaging throughout the whole day with the activities, usage of all our senses and even with what she trained out to us.

I found all of the training so suitable for our needs as a customer experience centre and for how we can change our customer's experience into a positively memorable one!

I hope we are able to work with Marie/ Team in the future to keep us on the positive side.

Again, thank you for an enjoyable day of learning.

I had the training with Marie on Monday…

I had the training with Marie on Monday and i thought it was GREAT!!

Marie was so professional, and really changed my opinion on training days. She made it fun, and always encouraged us even if we were unsure.

I spoke to Marie privately in the break about my confidence and she really made me feel better about myself.
Would definitely recommend this training- helped hugely!!

FIT was amazing

I want to start off by saying how much of a good time I had and how much I learnt from our FIT session not only in a work aspect but in my life in general! The communication aspects I learnt from this were next to none.

Marie provided us with a fantastic learning environment but she also spent time with our company learning how we work to enhance this before beginning the sessions.

The whole group were engaged and enjoyed it thoroughly. Everyone got involved and understood where they can make changes for themselves.

I especially liked how you applied all the senses throughout the session with the fragranced highlighters and the music etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to take part in. I’m so pleased I took part in this myself.

Thank you Marie for the eye opening moments today.

Great Company, Great Trainers!

This is my second time working with FIT and their wonderful leaders, Marie and David.

On a personal level I found their work to be absolutely life-changing, and I don't say that lightly. On a business level, they deliver hugely impactful programs with a real understanding of my business.

I cannot recommend them more highly to any company wanting to engage with a world-class company.

Fantastic, personal and meaningful learning!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my learning with Marie from FIT. Marie has gone out of her way to make the content relevant providing examples to support the learning. It’s been great seeing how our teams have responded to the content with plenty of our people having those wonderful lightbulb moments! Thank you FIT for coming in and spending time to elevate our people in their approach to their roles. I’d highly recommend Marie and her team to any operation who want to focus on their overall customer experience.

Unoriginal and pretty useless.

I attended a FIT session yesterday and have to say I was hugely disappointed. Marie spent most of her time plagiarising Maya Angelou quotes, other people's TED talks, and delivering exactly the same training as every call centre I have ever been in.

I found it rather unprofessional for Marie to open the day by saying "FIT don't come cheap, so think about how you're going to pay back your employer" and the amount of times she used inappropriate language during the session (and actually referred to customers as "she-b*tches and he-wh*res" on multiple occasions!).

Hi Nate - really surprised to read your feedback as it directly contradicts all other comments we've received from the sessions we've been running this week which have been extremely positive - in fact many of the ideas and techniques we shared are already being put into practice with positive effect so you are definitely a voice in the wilderness in that respect.

As part of her opening session Marie actually comments that "FIT don't come cheap so your employers investment in each of you is a huge acknowledgment of your importance as a brand ambassador for the business". Whether you choose to "pay-back" as you call it remains your choice although I'd argue that this would be a reasonable expectation on your employers behalf.

It's a real shame you didn't get maximum benefit from the short time you spent with us however I'll take comfort from the great feedback from your colleagues who think differently.

The whole course was really enjoyable…

The whole course was really enjoyable which I found helpful. There was a lot of interaction which made it easier to take in. I have started using stuff that I learnt on the course in my day to day role in the customer experience centre. Everything was explained in detail and reasons why we should the adjust the way we deal customers. Highly recommend.
