had a small discrepancy on my order…

had a small discrepancy on my order page. called customer service and before I had finished explaining the problem the young Lady said, I see the mistake and I've corrected it and it be up-dated in a day or 2 as it works it's way through the system and it was! can't beat that!!

Great price and great service

First time order I was nervous to do all of the steps required, correctly. The Second order was pretty easy. And my prescription came by mail as they said it would (time line given-both times). I’m happy I found this affordable and good service pharmacy. Soon I will be renewing my needed Rx again. :D

They refused a prescription

They refused a prescription, written by my doctor, for a non-narcotic substance. They kept trying to get my doctor to respond. I finally said cancel my order, then took the prescription to another pharmacy in Canada and they happily refilled it with the identical prescription. I will be using the new pharmacy from now on.

A disregard for Federal laws.

Put aside the order to delivery times involved, they took my order for a drug they don’t carry. It shipped from England, and was stopped in customs by the FDA. I was notified this shipment violated 4 federal laws including pharmaceuticals from an unapproved/unregistered foreign pharmacy. They gave me my money back.

Feels like I'm in the novel Catch 22

- When you submit the order, you cannot submit the prescription on the website. This is insane.
- When you didn't reach me by phone, NO ONE thought to try to email me to let me know my order was not even actually being processed because info was missing?! Send an email!!!!!
- Why is there no way to just give you a pet profile on your website when I submit the order?! This is inexcusable
- You took my money but still didn't process my order and it seems like if I never reached out, you never would have! That is theft!
- Your website order process should go like this: find medication, put in cart, checkout prompts you to create person profile, create pet profile, upload prescription, submit payment. Then, magically you would have EVERYTHING you need to process my order! I have been waiting a month! I cannot believe my vet recommended this service to me.

Your prices went up TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS…

Your prices went up TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS in one month without notice! Now I cannot afford my medicine, which is the whole reason I went to this pharmacy to begin with. $600+ a month is too much.
So I’m removing my business and going to Mexico instead.
Bye!!

Refilled on the computer making it easy and fast to complete. Talked to chat representative who helped me with a question. Within minutes, I had what I needed to know.

The customer service person should be…looking for another job.

The customer service person should be in another line of business. I ended up hanging up on her because she was argumentative. And I wish that you still accepted checks over the phone like you used to.

First time ordering from a foreign pharmacy, but Zomig is so expensive. I've ordered twice with no problems at all. I highly recommend this service.

Good pricing and great customer service

We used Canada Pharmacy for our cat's inhaler. Their pricing was the best available, and they were fantastic about making sure that we never ran out. When our cat passed away unexpectedly, they treated us with compassion and removed reminders for her medicine.

Total frustration!

I've been on line for an hour and working with your staff to make my payment for Synthroid. I'm an só frustrated. Every time I get an error message. Allen finally did get me in and then my invoice says $60..? OVER 40% INCREASE? Come now!

I have asked for receipts

I have asked for receipts. It usually takes me contacting you 3-4 times before I actually get the receipts.

I need the receipts for my reimbursements of my medications.

VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES

I placed an order that you hadnt shipped to me 10 days after I placed it and PAID for it. You then called me and told me the medication more than doubled in price and I needed to pay the difference in order to get my medication. Total BULLSH. Its not my fault you didnt ship it before your price increase. I paid for it in full when I check out with it. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!
