Feels like I'm in the novel Catch 22
- When you submit the order, you cannot submit the prescription on the website. This is insane.
- When you didn't reach me by phone, NO ONE thought to try to email me to let me know my order was not even actually being processed because info was missing?! Send an email!!!!!
- Why is there no way to just give you a pet profile on your website when I submit the order?! This is inexcusable
- You took my money but still didn't process my order and it seems like if I never reached out, you never would have! That is theft!
- Your website order process should go like this: find medication, put in cart, checkout prompts you to create person profile, create pet profile, upload prescription, submit payment. Then, magically you would have EVERYTHING you need to process my order! I have been waiting a month! I cannot believe my vet recommended this service to me.
