Only received 1 of the carpets I paid for. Have gotten no help or news from either fedex or carpetvista.

Carpet vista offer a great range of carpets and rugs, in terms of fabric, pattern, size and colours. We placed our order on line on a Sunday. we received a call on Sunday evening to check that all contact and delivery details were correct, and to ask if we had any queries. The rugs were delivered on Thursday, as per the text notification we had received in advance. The rugs were well packed, in excellent condition, and exactly as shown on the site. We are delighted with the rugs and the service and will happily recommend CarpetVista.

Thank you for the rug, it is really beautiful, more so than in the picture, it adds a feel of luxury to the room. The whole family loves it, we are almost afraid to walk on it.
