Quick response & very responsible !
Selected flats were not available for my visit and Graham managed to find me something within budget. He called me ( I am not based in UK ) and within one hour of the call, sent me alternatives. Great and efficient work! Will definitely use Central- London-apartments again for my next visit to London !

Convenient practical room
Room was very convenient for Kensington Olympia events. Compact, fairly smart room other than grey paint in patches on the ceiling apparently covering water damage from a flood. Odd that the redecorating hadn't been finished. Also room was cold on arrival but quick to sort by switching heater on. Kitchenette very helpful for snacks and drinks. Room at back fairly quiet. Bed firm but comfortable nevertheless.

1st Class Service
I rang Central London Apartments and spoke to Sara. She promptly contacted the accommodation I wanted to book and rang me back straightaway to confirm availability. She explained the T&C's to ensure I fully understood. This is a brilliant, efficient and effective way of booking accommodation in London without having to trawl the internet searching for the right accommodation. I would definitely use CLA again and would recommend it to others.

Lots of hidden extra costs
Add surcharges for certain payment methods, then there's a damage charge -none of this is mentioned on the website prior to booking. Smells of underhand practices and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

We know the importance of having a clear understanding of any surcharges or deposits that may be required by a a particular property. We go to great lengths to make this as visible and transparent as possible on each property page. There is a 'cards accepted' tab which details surcharges where applicable.This information along with the security deposits is also shown within the booking terms which we ask all customer to read and tick a box to say they are happy to proceed.
I'm sorry that you found this particular apartment's booking terms off putting. Many of the apartments we feature do request a security deposit to cover incidentals that may be incurred and some unfortunately have a credit card surcharge attached.
I'd be happy to help next time if you'd like any guidance finding an apartment which doesn't have a credit card surcharge attached or a lesser security deposit. We can also arrange alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or debit card provided there is adequate time to process.

Great competence and help
The guy I spoke with by telephone, Will, helped me to find the best option considering my budget and needs. He was so patient, fast and focused on my problems that without him I would certainly give up. It is very important to find such people when you travel.

Good for a budget minded traveler.
If you are a budget conceince traveler and just looking for a basic place to stay. Then this will be an option for you. The room was good for a single person. Goodthings were the helpful, patient and friendly staff in checking in. Location (only a few blocks from Paddington station and Hyde Park) near a major training station and a number of spots to eat. On the negative side. The apartment could use a second washer and dryer. I had trouble with the TV with the wrong remote for it. At least I had my Laptop and the internet service is very good. I would recommend this site in booking a place to stay.
