Scam Website - steer clear
I should have realised when I did some searching that there was nothing out there on this website - good or bad. So I decided to give it a go, I am studying for an exam (so not looking just for the answers) and wanted additional study support as I like to test myself prior to sitting the actual exam. When I received the document from them, I realised straight away something was wrong - as a lot of the answers were completely wrong. They have a money-back guarantee. So I emailed them, heard nothing back, and was then told to email a different address (managed to get hold of someone on their website chat). Sent the email to the new email address, listed a number 5 incorrect questions and answers & gave them the correct answer to each. And I was told that to get a refund I had to follow a convoluted process to prove I'd failed the exam. I didn't want a refund because I failed the exam, I wanted a refund because the questions and answers they provided were completely wrong. Went to go complete the 'proper' refund process, the email address listed on their website to get a refund doesn't work & the forms that you need to fill in to get a refund do not exist. -SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - trust me -stay well away. I'm going to contact my credit card company to action a section 75 refund.
