First of all, the website says that everything is in stock but they actually are not. I waited for 5 days approximately and they shipped the items.
Delivery was pretty fast to Finland, about 6 days.
Customer service via e-mail is pretty slow, but once I called them by phone, they answered really fast and the employee was really friendly and helpful.

However in my invoice there is no any info that item is used. Also there was nothing about that in an item profile in the site.
After my additional question they stopped answering.

Poor Customer Support – Damaged Motherboard, No Resolution
Ordered a motherboard, but upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the pins were visibly damaged. I did not attempt to install the motherboard due to the condition of the pins. I reached out to Computeruniverse right away to explain the situation, and their official response was:
"Bent pins also cannot happen in the factory or during transportation, so I am uncertain what we can do about this, as such mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty."
I have not received a satisfactory resolution, and the issue remains unresolved.

Even though i rate this place 5 star, i do have some disdain for them.
They get 5 stars because...
++Their prices are competitive
++Huge selection of components with nearly everything you'd want
++Order items out of stock/on back order. Very Rare to see this and a really good option to have
++Every component that arrived worked as expected
++I reached out to their support on two occassions and they were very responsive and accommodative
That being said, its cons are...
--Can take a week just for the Disptach to go through (i believe this is due to poor translation when ordering parts, as you will see dispatch 2-4 days, which i believe actually means part on back order) / took a week & half for my components to arrive
--Out of the 10 items i purchases, 1 items although instock at the time, ended up being out of stock and only notified 5 days after making the order (which delayed it) - They did split the delivery and the out of stock item came 3 days after
--Poor packaging, i had 2000€'s worth in a paper thin box that the courier (UPS) left outside my door which was ripped open for anyone walking by to see the expensive tech. Perhaps there is a bad actor working for the courier checking packages for 5090s or something, but, the box did feel quite flimsy. Also because of this some of the packaging wasnt in the best condition
So, will i be ordering from them again?

Theres alot of scalper/scammer tech stores in Germany that do price guage and although this place is not perfect, from what i see its prices are decent and we need to support the honest businesses.
I hope when i order from them again in the future, they provide better expectations & better delivery times.

Purchased phone was delivered, BUT packaging was absolute awful, it was literally cheapest used box, with scotch and noticeable hole on the back
(DHL Delivery)
It was luck I received it not damaged.

Do not buy from this company. I' ve been given over 2K worth of faulty product with almost 0 option to return. Customer support is non existant, you email/ message and get no replies.
Edit: After a week and a half I received a return notice. Will update score accordingly to service received.

Great prices, new tech in stock! New PC built. Delighted.
Just finished a new PC build for professional use / editing. Delighted with my new pc. All parts were brand new in sealed boxes and packed very well. No issues. I was struggling to find an online shop with the parts in stock as the case and pc parts are all new technology. The delivery would have been faster if not for the transport strikes in France which made the delivery about 10days. My experience with this company has been excellent. I would agree though that they are not the quickest to respond to emails if you have issues or questions. Probably best to phone them..

I order 3 products from them, all were listed at the time as "in stock and immediately deliverable" and "delivery within 1 to 2 workdays".
2 days later, only 1 product is received. No information about the remaining 2.
There is no way to contact them online, so I have to spend 10 minutes waiting on the phone.
They then tell me that the product is in a different location and will take another 3 days to be shipped to me!
That means approx. 1 week after the order I hopefully, maybe have the products I ordered. In the meantime. No updates or information!
That is totally different to what is stated on their website.
Also, despite ordering goods for almost 1000 Euros, I still have to pay delivery.
The used to be great. But over the past years, the website is more difficult to use (refine your product search), costs have risen, you have to pay delivery, service is not very polite, no online service, no updates to your order when things are not sent as promised.
But simply, untrustworthy.

made order as usual but more then 3 weeks later still not posted, no answer for contact forms when tried call only i got it was "i will pass you over to our international team" then after 20 min or so phone call was disconected Thats happens evry time I try call.

Seem to have been scammed by computeruniverse,
Placed an order for some new office equipment and a new phone, only received the office equipment and now the phone, tried to e-mail them for over a month, multiple contact forms but so far 0 response.
Tried calling them, but after 10 minutes of waiting no response they cancel the call. No way of contacting them and a month later still no phone, stay away from this business, they just do whatever they want.

After reading all the negative reviews, i was extremely hesitant to go ahead with a new pc build...however, i went with my gut feeling, so i did. I did not regret it at all. Parts are genuine, cheaper than anywhere else and shipping (ups) was incredibly efficient. The only downside is that they seem to be very short staffed, so customer care is nearly non existent if you need. However when you do manage to get through to them by phone, they are very polite and helpful indeed. Email is a waste of time...Another downside is that the 'availability' of their products is not correct. I had to wait for a monitor for 1 month as it kept saying will be available in 2 days, but never did. When i called and managed to finally get through this person checked with the distributor and item became available. Overall, i am happy with the purchase.

PC Monitor order
Made order on 10.02., day later, UPS came with update that monitor I ordered ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACDNG will be delivered on Friday till end of the day, just how it said on the website. Will post an update once I receive the monitor.

Can't contact them to modify the order or ask for a refund, because nobody ever answers emails or the phone. Will be proceeding with a chargeback. Do not use for personal or B2B orders. Absolute nightmare. Imagine getting a faulty product, what are you supposed to do with zero contact from them.

Warning - Do not use this company
I ordered a breadmaker on 2.1.2025.
The order confirmation email stated that my order is in stock, ready for immediate shipping and the expected delivery time was 2-4 days.
On 6.1.2025 I received an email saying that the expected delivery was going to be from 7.1.2025. Nothing happened. On 14.1. there was another email stating that the delivery date is undetermined.
I paid 60 eur for the delivery and haven't received my order. The company has also not replied to my enquiry regarding the delivery or refund.

No customer service
I had a terrible experience with Computeruniverse. Their customer service is non-existent. I placed an order for computer parts, but the recipient never received them. The shipping company was helpful but could only communicate with the shipper (Computeruniverse).
I spent a month trying to reach Computeruniverse and their sister company with no luck. When I made a claim for a refund, there were significant delays (over a month), and I don't know if it's because they are uncooperative. Without a PC, the recipient can't work, and a refund would facilitate purchasing a replacement.
The delays also meant missing out on Black Friday and Cyber Week deals. I suggest using other companies,

From November till January I only got automated emails with no actual help
Customer service is not real with this company as I have been trying to contact them ever since my package was not sent to me however I only got automatic emails saying that they will contact me ( it's been over a month without a proper response or a solution
I even asked for the refund of my order however they are not replying
I would suggest to use a different company for your pc parts, sure the parts will be a bit more expensive however you will get your parts and help with others companies unlike how computer universe is treating their clients
Update 2 weeks later, computer universe has not replied to me in over a week with no updates and had to take my case directly to the bank to get my funds back via a bank chargeback will have to wait months to get my refund
Do not use computer universe as they are not reliable or easy to deal with if the order has something wrong
I have seen other reviews and for the most part evey bad review is for the same reason
Update : had to get the bank involved bas computer universe didn't reply to any emails, messages or even pick up when called
Had to wait a long time as computer universe try to reject my claim.
Do not do business with this company as it has proven to be not trust worthy
Update: after rejecting my claim, the bank resent the claim as it was clear to them that computer universe did not deliver and tried to scam and they had to give back the full refund after 2 months
It's either a hit or miss with computer universe if you plan to buy something from them, pray that your order has no problems or you won't get anything or any help

Where is my order or money? (Upd: Money refunded after 1.5 months)
I ordered and paid for expensive monitor at 11 December of 2024, they provided me with track number two days after and never actually sent a monitor to me. Support is not answering by email, contact form or phone (phone calls are also expensive). I got answered once at 31 of December that "they sent out my package, cancellation is not possible", but DHL status still same and DHL tells me to contact shop, but thats impossible

Order 2600258148 in a Scammer store
I placed order 2600258148 on November 29 and I have not received it yet. I have sent them a hundred emails and they have not responded to even one. I have asked them to refund my order since it is either lost or broken along the way (they are fragile items, hard drives). They are inept. I do not recommend buying from this scammer store.
