I've been with CREATE website builders now for about 5 years. My needs have changed and they are always helpful when I make changes to my website making it easy and painless. Adam has been very patient and helpful recently and always replies promptly to my queries.
I recommend CREATE to anyone starting out. Using their site is intuitive and you cannot fail to get professional looking results even if you have little knowledge.

Customer service and product support as it should be!

We use Create for a couple of years and appreciate its functionality. I have just went through update as our website was getting old. As usual with such task I run into problems which were brilliantly handled by Adam. In our modern world every business promises you the world and very few deliver it. Create and Adam do so. Great website service

Been with them for 9 years and love the templates and easy use format.
Help is always at hand via both email and facebook and they even have their own group where website owners help each other out too!

Create.net are a brilliant website provider!

They are all brilliant,never been dissatisfied with the service i have received. Considering the amount of people they have on their books i am always surprised at how quickly my query gets a response and sorted.I have had both Ian and Adam and both brilliant! Their patience is endless and much appreciated!The website package prices are really affordable and offer more than other companies do for much more!

The best website builder by far

I have been a Create user for many years and more recently started building client sites here too. The team at Create are always quick to help and sort out any issues so that your site can do its job. I normally deal with Adam and he's fantastic! And the builder itself is the best one I have used (and I've tried quite a few). The scalability and ease of use is great and I recommend Create as an alternative to more expensive and difficult web options whenever I can.

Highly recommended!!

This is the second website I've built using Create. Such a great product which makes it easy for anybody to create a website with great functionality and templates to choose from. Customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend Create!

What is there NOT to like. Number 1 in my eyes...

I have always received excellent support and a good service from crete, they have very competitive prices and I have Irecommended them the past and will continue to do so.

If I ever need a website again, I will be doing it with Create, I cannot fault anything.

On the rare occasion that I have had to contact them for advice or help, they have always contacted me quickly, with relevant, simple to understand advice.

Fantastic Customer Service from Adam!

On a general level I'd definitely recommend Create to anyone who has some computer knowledge but absolutely ZERO website design knowledge is required as all the templates and layouts exist and can be edited to meet your requirements. The end result is extremely professional and the whole site is very versatile. I've been using Create to build a website for a local artists group but have not had much experience with the more 'artistic' side of the package, having mainly edited 'shop' type websites using Create before.

I was delighted to find out that i could e-mail whatever problem i was having to the Create team and would receive a prompt reply explaining exactly what I needed to do and how, to create the effects required by the group. I was expecting only limited help but i've asked 5 or 6 questions over the last few weeks as the website has developed and they've always understood exactly what i'm trying to do and come up with ways of achieving this.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Adam who has been my point of contact throughout the process - I'll be keeping your e-mails and will be in touch in the future next time I have any problems with any edits! Thanks again!

I met one of the staff by chance over ten years ago and they suggested to use doyourownsite.com (now create.net) to do a website, they said a good website "could change your life". Well, I took his advice, and it has! I got a mate to spend a day doing the website, and a couple of years later added an online shop page myself, which took me an afternoon. I have since taken about half a million pounds through this shop, and I literally havn't really looked at it since, it is still exactly the same as when I did it. A good afternoon's work!

Create and the staff there are always ahead of any changes on the web or legally, the give first class unbiased advice, and their support is fast and excellent, thank you!!

Fantastic service from Create

Fantastic service from Create, really can't fault them, had a problem recently with my domain not pointing in the right direction and Adam from the help desk was a massive help identifying the problem and getting the relevant information needed to sort it. I always tend to shy away from contacting helpdesks if I can possibly help it as think they're going to come back speaking 'tech-tongue' but they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!

Review of Create

I have had a positive experience of Create over a number of years. They continue to develop and update their platform to enable users to refresh their web sites and to have user friendly templates. The Create Website builder is easy to use without any advanced IT skills and much of the product is intuitive. The best feature is the excellent support which is provided as part of the package. Although the support is by e mail only, responses from Create are quick and constructive. I chose Create after trying out the free trial option which enabled me to test building a web site and it is a good way to get a feel the Website builder and its suitability for your project. I recommend Create.

Everything you need ... and outstanding SUPPORT

Everything you need as a beginner or a novice (which is me) to build your own website. Great range of templates and site-building options to choose from. As with anything worthwhile, takes a little bit of time to get familiar with all that's on offer - but it's well worth it. Once you've mastered a few basics, the whole process is very user-friendly. Lots of well-written 'pop-up' guidance and, in addition, the help pages are spot-on. But, ABOVE ALL, if you need help, you get it! The level of support from the staff at Create has been outstanding: I cannot sing their praises too highly.

Super pleased with Create

Super pleased with Create. Before attempting to build a web site I searched, searched and searched for a "human" company rather than a faceless huge concern. I found Create through similar review sites and decided to go with them and at every stage since they have been there to help me. It was simple to follow their web-site building instructions, all of the info that I needed was there and if I ever ran into any problems they quickly helped me solve them. My website is up and running and I'm very happy with it thanks to Create, confident that if I need any help in the future the people there are always happy to help. A big thumbs up to all at Create, well done to you all.

I can be a bit of a dinosaur at times....

I can be a bit of a dinosaur at times, not liking change. So have resisted using the new content block pages for a while... until my Account Manager Adam took me by the hand and gave me gentle push I've needed and, since then, I've been loving working with them. Plus when I come across a small stumbling block I know Adam's there to help and smooth things over for me. Couldn't do it without him.... and that's exactly why I never foresee me leaving Create. Your website building platform is excellent but it's your Account Managers that are the very special cherry on top of the cake.

A Happy Experience with Create!…

A Happy Experience with Create! I tried to log on to my website and couldn't find it, so I thought I had forgotten to set up a DD for payment. Steve Hanmer replied and advised that my IPS was pointing in the wrong direction. I was really happy about this, because Steve wrote to me like a human being, not only did he explain the IPS situation but he included links to where I needed to go to change it! Create is such a refreshing place for people like myself to visit - no-one talks down to you for not being a techie! I will always recommend people to use Create, because it's not only a good site provider, it's somewhere I can guarantee won't treat me like a numskull just because I don't understand all the ins and outs of computing!
