Outstandingly excellent customer service.

I fell in love with their Kriso fragrance on a visit to Italy last year. I cannot buy it in the UK. They went out of their way to assist me and my order arrived today. Their fragrances are sublime and the personal touches excellent. I am really delighted with my order and the products.
