I had ordered from Dark Rozi in the past 23' 24' and things worked out fine. It appears that they are no longer an honest company. Order was placed back in November, never shipped and after 3 weeks of emails.....crickets.

Scam. Ordered $100 worth of stuff before thanksgiving. Waited till the 10th of Dec to ask for update. Asked again and again through email and Instagram. NO RESPONSE. Disputed the charge.

I ordered well over a month ago and have had no dispatch notification or received the product. I have twice now asked for an update on my order without any response. I think I have been scammed.

Ordered 16 April it’s now July 13 and received a “marketing email” as early as yesterday but have ignored all my emails and still never received my item. Convenient that you can’t use any other methods of payment life afterpay so you can chase a refund easier.

No replies to ANY emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! I will be lodging a complaint with every authority I can to retrieve my funds.

Instagram only started in April 2025 with 13.3k followers and no/barely any comments should have been enough to tell me to run!

I placed an order on April 23rd, didn’t get any update until May 2nd and nothing else ever since.
I email customer service every other day and I got nothing back. I even asked for a refund but nothing at all.

i would rate this 0 stars if i could. i placed my order on may 10. it took 10 days to be told it was “preparing for shipment”. today is june 12 and it still has not been updated. it’s been over one month since i placed my order. i cannot get in touch with anyone to get an update. do not order from this company. it’s a complete scam.

Still haven’t received any update regarding shipping, emailed twice as it’s been almost three weeks since I’ve heard anything outside of my order confirmation. Would really just love to hear back so I can confirm they are working on it at least.

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. The issue began in August 2023 when I had a problem with a shipment and immediately reached out for assistance. Despite my efforts, I never received the help I expected, and the issue remained unresolved.

The last option offered to me was a $100 credit, which I declined as it wasn’t a suitable solution. Why would I want a credit from a company I no longer trust? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

After rejecting the credit, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a year and eight months, and I have not received a single follow-up email or update regarding my $61 refund.

It’s unfair that after clearly expressing my preference for a refund, there has been no attempt to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the company.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who values reliable customer support and proper issue resolution.

Ordered products that never came. They said shipping was delayed by California fires so we waited. Emails went unanswered. I reached out on Instagram and provided screenshots. Both myself and my boyfriend were blocked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. What started out as a good customer service experience when my order hadn't been shipped when expected, offering me a voucher for the inconvenience and promises of shipment, turned into ignoring all communication, ignoring request for a refund and still not shipping my order that has already been paid for. This is now blatant theft.

The shipping tracking site has had no updates for 16 days. It shows the shipment was sent from China to Australia, however I live in Austria.
Order was placed November 30th.

Reached out via Instagram and email to customer support. No reply whatsoever.
Was meant to be a Christmas gift but it is probably never going to arrive.

Beware ordering from this company, they are a likely a drop shipper getting their stuff from China, there site code specifically has shopify URLs in all its code, after looking into were they get their products I found the exact same one I got on AliExpress dark rozi sells it for $39 while Ali lists the same item for $9 this is why everything's always on sale because they are taking your money to likely dropship items to you from AliExpress.The quality is extremely cheap for what your buying, I've gotten much better from amazon. Their refund policy is laughable and non-existent, took months to get here. Spent about $80 for something that broke first use. lastly keep in mind there is only one size if your not overly skinny this will likely not fit. They have flagged my review now for the 5th time claiming it contains harmful, defamatory, violent, and illegal content. that's laughable they are a likely drop-shipper using AliExpress instead of making a legit company and constantly flagging reviews to hide that fact is only proving it, I have not once been reached out to by a legitimate "employee". I am now putting the review up again specifying "likely a drop shipper as the constant flags took down my review because I didn't respond in time they waited over a year to flag again which is ridiculise. don't trust this company the way i found the AliExpress link is the package i got from them after months was a Chinese package and searching the address showed a company that sells that exact item on AliExpressess website, spend your money elsewhere, anywhere but here.

Bought the Obsession harness which looked amazing on the website. Received the worst piece of shit product I have ever seen!
Crappy material and definitely not leather but some kind of thin cheap plastic. DO NOT BY THEIR CRAPPY STUFF!! You will get ripped off.

If I could give no stars I would. I hate this company. The lack of communication between seller, manager and patrons is definitely not there. I didn't receive a tracking date or an update after my purchase for well over 3 weeks. I sent several emails only to get no response so I took to instagram where I saw the terrible add for this company. Finally after contacting whoever through Instagram they told me I sent an email to the wrong email address, even though I corresponded through the actual website, then re directed me to a different email. Fine, whatever. Resent an email to get no response again so after messaging the instagram again they very unprofessionally wrote me back. The message was filled with emojis and calling me honey and babe. After a solid month of ordering I got my "handmade harness" that fell apart immediately, (I don't use this for rough bondage play or anything) I messaged the instagram and they straight up blocked me. What a terrible, grossly misleading, scam of a company. No one should waste their money or time on these extra cheap products or trust these people with your debit info. Honestly pretty scary.

Wow, if I could give no stars, that would be the most accurate representation of my experience with them. Order was placed the end of June, it shipped pretty quickly and arrived maybe two weeks after placing the order. It shipped from China so that was okay. The address the item was shipped to was the street address for my post office, where I have a PO Box but also accepts deliveries from all delivery companies, hence thee street address. The delivery service drove to the address on 7/10 and didn’t even attempt to deliver it. It was immediately returned to the warehouse where it stayed for several weeks. I contacted customer service the day of the “failed delivery” asking what happened. They said they would look into it and see what happened. Well, it was eventually just returned back to sender. I had no opportunity to retrieve the package, nor did the company reach out to the delivery service to attempt redelivery. The item was eventually returned back to sender.

I was in constant communication with them and was advised in early August a replacement was being sent. And then I received an email, on this same email chain, saying I refused delivery and if I don’t respond by a certain date, they would dispose of the item. I responded immediately and asked what was going on I obviously still want the item and was confused as I had already been advised a replacement was being sent.

The email received on 8/5 was sent to multiple customers, all cc’d, not bcc’d, saying our replacement orders were being sent the end of the week. Last email from them was 9/15 saying the replacement request had been submitted and they would personally follow up with me. Well, it is 10/15 and I have absolutely no update and they have my money and the product.

I made a purchase on September 24, 2024. I have been waiting for an update on processing of that order. I have emailed and reached out via social media platforms. Nothing but crickets!!!

Had the most amazing experience today shooting for dark rozi. The quality of the products is unmatched and Maya is the most wonderful woman with a good eye and she made me feel so comfortable, highly recommend this brand
