5 stars for the plan, -5 stars for customer service.
I would give 5 stars for the plan I have: Careington. It's extremely affordable even for two people, covers more for the visits than I would ever expect it to (an optometrist appointment with exams, script, and glasses went from $1000 to $300-something), and while it's not super easy I've found someone who accepts it for each part that the plan covers and for everything I need.
And luckily, you can do everything online because the customer service has got to be some of the worst I have EVER. EXPERIENED. I don't even have words. Phone, chat, emails. Good luck getting anybody that is even *willing* to help you, much less knows what they're talking about.
That being said, I've never had problems with the plan itself, only the DentalPlans company. I still find it worth it, but if something goes wrong you are probably just going to have to eat the problem.
