I ordered from November 2019 and until now I didn't receive my order ( my order was 2 Jacket by 1500 Dhs !!!!!!!

I ordered a scooter from Deporvillage on the 14th December as a Christmas gift for my Daughter. This came with an expected delivery date of 20th Dec to UK address.
Every time I called to enquire about the status of the order their automatic phone line cut me off before I was able to speak to anyone. GLS the courier tracking suggests that the scooter was in Germany on the 22nd of December? The scooter has not arrived yet. (I made other arrangement for my daughters Christmas present) I suggest that they need to look a) Answering the phone, b) shipping systems and c) their courier.

First class experience with this company. I live in the UK and was a little worried by some of the reviews, but I need not have been. We ordered a coat that had a really good discount compared to UK shops. It's perfect and arrived within 2 days as I paid a bit extra to have it shipped with DHL. I paid with my credit card as I knew I was guaranteed to get any money I spent over £100 back (Section 75), if something went wrong. This put my mind at rest. I need not have worried. Excellent product and experience.
I gave an order on d.12-12-2019 and they said delevering on 24 dec.I wrothe them 3 times ,no answer.Today d.19 dec still no answer and my orderstatus havent changes,but they have drawn the money from my bank account.Very bad service.What a BS. I recieved a message that said you recieved my email,so dont whrithe nonsens.Stay away from this web.Still havent recived my order.d21-12.so I made a cancel on my order.
Chose for the express delivery that was a lot more expensive so it would be here the next day. Well i got the money for delivery back after asking for it after a one week wait. That was nice, but now allready more than 3 weeks in still dont have the shoes. And they will not react to e-mails anymore. Very bad service. Would not recommend this site. Will never order here again.

I placed my order on the 7th of November 2019, and today, 6 weeks later, I still do not have my parcel, NOR a refund!!!!
I requested a refund for the last 4 weeks and they keep giving me weak excuses!!!!!

Parcel arrived a day late after paying for premium DHL delivery even Deporvillage didn’t know it was a day late. Opened parcel, wrong item! Returns and order fulfilment process is slow and does not inspire confidence, you are treated as “guilty till proven innocent” had to send photos to prove the item wasn’t what I ordered and had to wait 7 days after initial email to customer services to get an answer of what the returns and order fulfilment process was!
Return courier was not on day agreed, I had to phone UK courier myself to get the time & date that the collection was actually arranged for as I couldn’t get a straight answer out of Deporvillage customer service. Still waiting for Deporvillage to fulfil my order and send my actual item...
