We wanted matching wedding rings and found them when we searched through Diamondere's online offerings. The rings are beautiful. I requested a customized look and they honored my request at no extra charge. Cherie was delightful to work with. The order was processed in a timely manner. The engagement ring I purchased is just gorgeous and my fiance loves it! Less than 24 hours after ordering the ring, I had an email from Cherie at Diamondere in customer service asking me what the purchase was for because they wanted the artisan to know why they were making the ring because it gave them a personal touch. I subsequently emailed her no less than 5 times with questions and she was always very helpful. Everything about my experience with Diamondere was amazing.

I am on my third custom ring with Diamondere this is not my first rodeo when it comes to having custom jewelry made!! and I have never felt more comfortable about having custom jewelry made in my life. There prices are amazing and their customer service is awesome!!! I just have to add, one of the rings they did I had a special request that most jewelers have done OK but it was never perfect. So I was not expecting perfection. It was three rings made into one. All I can say is WOW!!! The best job I have ever seen!!! It was flowless!!! Every one is blown away when they see it. It could not be more perfect!!! We were at a well-known jeweler last weekend and even they where blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. Use them!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I was planning on getting engaged on New Year’s eve, I have course procrastinated and was told if I paid for expedited I could have it by the 31st. Cherie could not have been more wonderful in helping me. She wrote me an email and said unfortunately it will not get there by the first, I understood I had procrastinated it was not their fault at all but she offered to refund my expedited service fee, and I thought she felt truly sorry that they could not deliver it by the 31st. In the end the ring came on the 31st at 2o’clock in the afternoon. I will also be ordering my ring from Cherie And will try not to procrastinate. She could not of been more professional she was a delight to work with and the rain is absolutely spectacular

Diamondere is amazing! I was very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from them! The customer service was incredible. I ordered the engagement ring back in August of 2018, then needed to get the companion wedding band in September of 2019.
I spoke with the same person, (Cherie) and she was amazing through and through. We had gotten the engagement ring resized at a local jeweler, and unfortunately, because of that, the companion piece didn't fit correctly. Diamondere offered to craft a new engagement ring so that it would match the companion wedding band piece.
Now, I am working with them to have the two bands fused, and again, the customer service and response have been amazing. Above and beyond, and they will absolutely have a customer for life. Any other jewelry my wife wants will definitely be coming from Diamondere!

I’m the pickiest person and I love the engagement ring that Diamondere made for us.
I’m living overseas at the moment and I knew what I wanted.. but did not have the luxury to be able to explain what exactly I wanted to the local goldsmiths. Diamondere caught my eye as an organization. After working with them, they produced a beautiful ring for my now wife! The communication was amazing with their team; I could even draw the concept I had in my mind and they could turn in into reality.
Go with these people if you cannot find what you want in the market. Unique crafted rings are the way to go.. they are forever yours and you’ll never thing twice about it.

I was a bit nervous initially but I was blown away by the level of customer service I received! I will most certainly make future purchases from diamondere and recommend them to others!!! I couldn't be happier with my ring, Cherie was in contact with me throughout the process and after declining an upgrade to a larger stone (about a .6 carats more) for a little bit more money she offered it to me as a complimentary upgrade!!!
