I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. We are an online webshops, where our procedure is to get PDF files that is ready for print, and we made you aware of that, and offered you help to fix the file in correct size for 200 kr. witch is the price we charge for that kind of service. I'm sorry to hear if you think that is unfair.

They had the best price I've found for some posters I needed printed for myself. The print quality is perfect for home decor and other personal projects, I would say.
The customer support was polite and made sure that I got the order in the size that I wanted, as it was one that I couldn't find in any drop-down list.
I was wondering why the packaging and transport cost more than what I'm used to. It's the padding. All the padding ever. These guys aren't messing around, they care about the orders reaching their destinations safe and sound (at least when it's bigger prints, I guess).
I am still a bit confused as to why the login and payment process don't work on Chrome. I almost gave up, but then I remembered that stuff like this can behave differently from browser to browser, so I switched to Mozilla and it worked fine. If you guys know you have a lot of customers who use Chrome, I would think getting someone to look into the problem would be a good idea (if you haven't already).
All in all, it was the perfect choice for my shiny new posters and I'm happy. Keep up the good work :D

We try to secure that our customers products are delivered carefully, but unfortunately it also needs good packaging, to handle the transport.
Great that you found out about ordering in another browser. We haven't heard about the problem earlier, but we will look into it. Thanks for telling.

Great customer service eventually!
This was the first time I used Discount Print. There was a big mistake with my order of CD-labels. Thanks to an employee, named Mathilde, I got the right order within a day and I was able to meet my own deadlines to my clients.
Well done to the Discount Print team for taking such a great care of an unhappy customer - me, and turn me into their loyal customer!
