The display is great, better than on the pictures, delivery company..... My delivery was scheduled from 9-5pm and it was delivered 4:50pm, when I asked for for clear time .. I was told that I picked the cheapest (170$) delivery and now I have to wait... that’s rude... May be use more client friendly company.

The package arrived on time and in excellent condition. I love my lucite/clear newspaper holder it double duties as a construction paper Holder. The class can see the paper and know where to get it when they want to do art projects.

I submitted artwork to be printed on a navy table clothe.
The process has been very slow. I've also been asked to write this review before I received my corrected proof - that's how long this has taken.
They didn't know I sent them art with white letters (which didn't show up on the proof) so I asked if the white letter will print. Their answer confirmed they didn't handle the artwork correctly.

We received an incorrect item the first time (a double-sided hanging TV mount) when we ordered a 10 pocket magazine rack. We called to report the error and a call tag was issued and our magazine rack arrived 2 business days later. We are very happy with the magazine rack, it is perfect for the spot we needed to have it sit. Thank you for the prompt correction of the issue and the reshipping of the correct item.
The order was processed quickly. The product arrived on time. There was one issue. One of the racks was damaged. You customer service person was contacted and a replacement rack was delivered.

We received our tabletop retractor banner in time for our event. Displays2go turned our order around very quickly. There was some small cosmetic damage that must have occurred during shipping, maybe sturdier packaging would be a good idea for the future. Overall positive experience.
