I have been using Dr Fox for a few years. Tried others but always come back. Once registered re ordering is just a simple update of your current health and I get my meds within 2 days excellent.
Problems at Re-Order
I used these guys to buy Lymocycline after my GP stopped prescribing it in line with new NHS guidelines. The first time was faultless, although I found their way of asking for ID difficult to navigate, however when I went back to re-order the website insisted I enter my GP details. As I did not want to do this there was no way to re-order; I have now switched to using ukmedsdirect who have assured me they will not need my GPs details to re-order and are in fact, cheaper!

Brilliant service! I used Dr Fox to buy Diamox as my GP would not prescribe due to him 'not having knowledge of the drug' (which I find kind of strange). Diamox is the most used drug for climbers/ hikers going to high altitude to help prevent or manage altitude sickness so I am really glad I was able to find Dr Fox. I know some people have struggled with the customer service but I have found the customer service to be extremely good, any questions I have sent have been answered promptly and my package arrived quickly! Thanks Dr Fox!

A good reliable service with very competitive prices for genuine medications. I always buy with confidence from Dr Fox. The only downside is that the delivery seems to take in the region of 5 days. My latest repeat prescription order was placed on Friday and is now " ready for dispatch" on the Monday so will probably arrive on Wednesday.
With this in mind you will need to order well in advance of your meds running out.
never receievd item or refund
delivered to wrong address so then said they will re-send and never have. again sent to wrong address. I have paid and still never received the product or offered any refund. will not use them again

Thank you for this review. We have looked into the order. The original and the resend both went missing at your local Royal Mail delivery office, which is very unusual. Our staff have been in contact and a refund has now been issued, and we will raise the issue with Royal Mail. We always repost or refund if items do not arrive.

A company without any customer service.
I've used Dr. Fox several times, but I won't use again. The product was of good standard, but after waiting an excessive amount of time for delivery (8 days) when the service paid for was 24-48 hours with RM, I contacted their customer services - which shown me who is behind this company. The engagement was completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed that the employees who work there have no training of how to handle customer enquires. I was felt to of wasted their time - terrible service, I will never use or recommend again.

Thank you for your review, and sorry to hear you were not happy. The order was placed 9:14pm on 17/12/2018 and despatched the next day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail tracking shows the item was delivered and signed for on 21/12/2018. A 3 day delivery time is longer than usual but we did advise all customers to expect delays in delivery over the busy festive period. Our staff responded within 35 minutes of your enquiry as follows: "We have spoken to Royal Mail who have confirmed that it has now been delivered and signed for. Have you now received this?" As we had no reply it was assumed the item had been successfully received. One of our staff will now make further contact directly. Best regards
