I came here on recommendation of a friend, so already I was coming in confidence.
Absolutely loved the technological device (I forget the name, haha) that worked out which mattresses are best for me - this instils more confidence.
Stewart approached me without pressure and asked me if I needed any assistance. He let the machine work it's magic and get my results without standing over me, which meant I felt comfortable, and came back over afterwards to explain them and guide me to the next steps, otherwise I would've had no clue.
He was friendly, smiley, and up for a laugh, laughed at my jokes (which I appreciated ha ha) and offered my friend and I a beverage. Absolute bonus by the way (where else offers hot chocolate!?).
Stewart was clear and thorough explaining about the different products available and showed impeccable patience as I indecisively rolled around a million mattresses until I made my decision. He kept away so I felt comfortable and unrushed but was always close by and kept an eye and an ear out in case I needed him. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and clearly had experience, which again, made me feel confident and gives me trust in the product and the company.
There was no pressure to buy anything and good information given on the financial options available, the guarantee purchase, and followup mattress protectors.
Thrilled to get a chance discount on my willingly chosen upgraded mattress protector because the free one was out of stock. How very nice of you Dreams, haha. These sorts of things are what keep a customer happy, loyal, and returning.
Delivery and costs etc were thoroughly explained, so no surprise additional costs will be coming my way, and a big range of options here, again, was appreciated. I like that you offer to take away the old mattress as well!
