Super convinient and easy. Don't need to worry about anything, it upgrades the drivers automatically for me.

A very Friendly user software.

So far, so good

I have had Driver Easy for less than a week, so I can only tell you how it has been so far. The program was simple to install (I'm a novice and I installed it with no problems). I ran my first scan and found that I had 3 drivers that needed updating. And, with a press of a button, Driver Easy updated the necessary drivers. I had no problems or glitches after the upgrades. If I encounter problems at some time in the future, I feel I will be able to get assistance from the staff at Driver Easy. So far, so good! Carrie R.

Renewal process did not work

Renewal process did not work. I was charged for a new subscription. No response to my complaint? Really pushed me for a review however?

I had 21 drivers that needed updating…

I had 21 drivers that needed updating and chose the update all option. This resulted in approx half the drivers being updated. The new drivers downloaded ok but did not install. Got an error message at the end of the process. I went back and installed the missing drivers one at a time successfully. Otherwise all good.

For those of us old folks who grew up…

For those of us old folks who grew up using an abacus and a slide rule, options like those presented by Easy Driver are a lifesaver. We are retired and there's no way our income is keeping up with inflation but opting for the "Pro" version of the program was worth every penny. Eighteen updates were installed in about 4 minutes and our problem with the card reader was among those addressed and solved. If value is your consideration, East Driver is a really good bet!

Downloaded entered key couldn't get it to work kept asking me to upgrade to pro which is what I paid for would appreciate a refund

Not very happy

I am having an issue with my network driver which is the reason I purchased this. It did not solve my problem. When I reached out to support she said she would have to escalate the tech issue and no one ever contacted me after that.

I think that it's a really great and helpful product, however, it's the price that gets me, I'm really sorry for asking for the refund, but as of now I just can't afford it yet. It doesn't take away how great of a product it is though! 10/10 will purchase in the future when funds are sufficient. Otherwise it's a great and awesome product that I think is very handy and helpful to have!<3

Expensive for only saving me 5 minutes of work, but it does that work. Didn't solve any of my problems, but did what I expected.
