I received Excellent service

I received Excellent service, and I did purchase a car from there. However, they suggest that you make an appointment, and they do not honor is. I had an appointment for 5 o’clock pm, and did not get seen until 8 o’clock pm. The people inside are very friendly and do their best to try and make the time go by but it doesn’t help. I suggest getting one person that is designated for appointments, or get rid of appointments at all.

My Toyota

I've had my car now for 5 years, and would get another car from drivetime. I have had no problems with my car since i got it. Thank you drivetime for the great customer service, and a great car.

If your money comes from Lyft/Grubhub go away

They don’t finance people with DoorDash/Uber/Lyft/GH etc driver income even though you have a vehicle for those purposes already. (It’s even on the website that they rent vehicles out) go somewhere else Couriers and Carriers.

I really like the car they went over…

I really like the car they went over everything with me with the car but there’s only one small thing we didn’t turn the music up loud and there’s a little Rattle in the door but everything other than that works good everything runs good very satisfied if they fix the problem that needs to be fixed other than that everything is great car runs good so far and the managers at driveline we’re awesome and employees

Irving lot is run my amateurs

Irving lot is run my amateurs. First visit was ok but from there went downhill. Sales associate Fransisco pulled the classic show one price then price goes up magically when your ready to buy. Then the manager had the audacity to text me saying my numbers where wrong when I literally got them from the webpage. Very disappointed in the service and fake out tactic.
