they sold an item that they had zero stock of and 2 weeks later still hasn't been dispatched. do not recommend for this bad business practice.

cancelled my ordered due to agent refusing to accept that it showed as in stock when he claimed they never have had any. so he admitted selling stock they don't have.

I ordered a laptop (with some accessories) on a Sunday due to be delivered the next Saturday.
On the Thursday morning, I received word (text and voicemail) from Eclipse that my order was out of stock. I opted to cancel the whole order, a request support accepted without question.
I am nevertheless frustrated that it took 4 days from order placement to inform me that my order was out of stock. This left me no time to look for a replacement.

The computer did what it was supposed to. I had to buy a new keyboard because I could not make out the letters on the one supplied. The letters were grey on a black keyboard I had to hold it up to the light to read it. I bought a white keyboard with black letters which was miles better.

Excellent service. Quick delivery, well packaged and good value for money. Easy to connect, got me out of a situation that could have been very expensive.

My build was absolutely amazing with very powerful and dominating products on the market. The build quality is high and you can see that the employees at Eclipse Computers know their computers. The only issue I had was that I sometimes had to do a bit of hunting here and there to gather information about my order and that I got a bag of my least liked Haribos

I placed an order for a fan and after a week of waiting I finally decided to email customer service to chase up my purchase. They responded (eventually) confirming there has been "a mistake with my order", advising me to call them rather than contact via email. After waiting for 20 mins on hold to their 0844 number I emailed them back to cancel. I have had great experiences in the past but on this occasion I feel incredibly disappointed!

I was very pleased with the very fast service The enclosure of the Haribo sweats was a pleasant surprise and as I have now abstained from drinking alcohol I was relieved they were not wine gums!!
