millionaire performance SCAMMERS!!!!

Even the name change on this is a SCAM! INTENDED for millionaire performance.

I have never dealt with such an AWFUL company in my over 15 years of business.

Complaint scammers!

Engaged them for appointment setting- received NOTHING but a bunch of excuses and crap
Complained and got threatened!
Complained several times and left a bad review and Brewer contacted me and apologised and begged for a second chance (I have all the messages) we agreed that I would give them 2 weeks no more money and if still nothing I would get a refund and he said this in writing to me!!! It went over 2 weeks and nothing from this useless company.

Then Brewer changed his mind and decided against giving the refund! And started bringing his lawyers into it what a joker! When I said introduce me to your lawyers and complaints procedure he went silent and not heard since.

Dirk who is supposed to be the co-founder and gets up and speaks and interviews has done nothing at all!

I will be going to the papers + the regulating bodies + my lawyers and now will be including the distress this disgraceful company have caused within my claim!

Mis-selling scammers and you can see thst just by the chance of name and FAKE positive reviews that have been listed- they are not even clever about it!!!

Vile- scammers! It's people like you that give this industry a bad name!

Terrible, terrible company! SCAMMERS!

If I can give less than 1* I would. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. When I first spoke to them, they said that I’ll get the full refund if I don’t make my money within 90 days. They didn’t find me a single client. It’s been 6 months, and Bruwer De Jager and the rest of his team keep ignoring my messages. This company is SCAM. Stay away!!!

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND PROMISE

Millionaire performance does not fully provide what they sell.
They have changed their name here in trustpilot. Now is E-commerce store.( They may change it again to make sure people do not find them and read the reviews.

Updated review:
30 days ago I posted this review but then I had to take it down otherwise the refund process would have taken longer as Bruwer said.

He also said that he was going to sue me for damaging his company image with my review.

I spoke to my lawyer and she simply said he cannot do that, especially if they did not honor their promise and did not provide what they sell.

They sell a course plus a setter but the reason why I and probably many other people sign up is the guarantee of 1x time investment within 90 days.
If you do not get it then they give you a refund.

Too good to be true.
It has been over 5 months and I haven't got any single sale.
So I have asked for the refund
Bruwer is trying to blame me saying that I do not give support, my coaching service is very high in price, and I do not post or create engagement.
All lies!

1-- he suggested dropping the price of my service and so I did according to his other client's average price

2-- I supported the setter all the time and kept offering my support in every sense

3-- I have posts with over 500 likes 1000s views and comments. So, I post and get engagement but the setter is not capable to get client's or even bookings.

4 --They promise the REFUND if you do not get the 1x times investment within 90 days. I NEVER GOT THE INVESTMENT BACK and the Bruwer keeps blaming me and doing what he can not to give me the refund. so THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR REFUND PROMISE.

He changed the setter which I did not ask for. I gave him a chance and said that if in 1 month does not work, I want the refund.
After 1 month I did not get any calls, any clients, and certainly no refund when I asked.

REVIEW:
When I asked about the only bad review I saw 30 days ago he said that that person got the refund back and he also sent me the screenshot. Something I do not care until I see my money in my account..

5-- In my contract I have to pay the setter 8% if I close the deal after they booked the potential client, this is fine by me. He is now saying that the setter needs to be paid because they have families and so on.
The setter was also convicted that I have to pay her in base the booked calls. Like $100 if she makes 10 booked calls a month, or something similar.

This is Bruwer's deal with the setters, not mine. So he wanted me to pay for this.

6 --Since I asked for the refund the setter and Bruwer have disappeared. In the contract, there is no limitation on how long you can have the setter. So now I was left with no setter and no refund

7-- We all have families and we all have to make sure we provide for them but now I have to struggle because Bruwer does not want to refund my hard-worked money and so provide for my family.
The person who sold me the Millionaire course said that money back was guaranteed and I specifically said that this was the reason I was going to sign up.

8 --I had a conversation with Bruwer after I posted the review and certainly it has been extremely unprofessional ..
He blamed me for everything and when I proved that I did what he asked by simply sending the screenshot he started moving the conversation toward a sort of threat.

I did all they asked.

The setter:
Very monotone sending the same script to everyone.
So at this point, you can pay 100 for a script made by a professional and do this cold DM by yourself.
They told me that they do not guarantee to close the sale, which is fine because I can speak to the potential client, but at least I need to get booked calls, which is what they guarantee.. 10 to 30 a month
I got around 13 in 2 months and then that's it.
I noticed the setter being rude during the chats. I received messages of people being very upset about the way the setter messaged them with my account.
I have learned that anytime you say something that is not going right, Bruwer has always the answer ready

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
If you have people contacting you all the time and if they are ready to pay for your service then search for a company that only provides setter at a much cheaper price without spending nearly $3000 for a bad service as a millionaire sells
If you want to make some sales and have no customers contacting you, then avoid millionaire performance at all cost.
This has resulted to be a scam as they, especially Bruwer, do not keep the promise.

So now you need to ask yourself if you are ready to risk your money in such a tricky way. I hope you have a think and do not fall into their trap. Search another company if you need a setter

They did not honor their 90-day money…

This review is for Millionaire Performance. For whatever reason they’ve changed their dba on here to E-commerce shop.

They did not honor their 90-day money back guarantee.

90 days from the contract effectiveness date (the final day of their 90-day time period), they had booked one appointment for us and the individual didn't show up (not their fault that the person didn't show up). But all of that to say, we didn't make our 1x ROI with them.

When we asked about getting the guarantee, we were told by the co-owner that it was our fault (our audience was wrong) and that they weren't going to do all of that work for free.

We've made thousands with our current audience.

We were really disappointed with their services.

When we'd bring concern to the table, blame would continually be turned to us.

They also did business in ways that didn't align with their contract: sending an invoice that didn't align with the contract or information communicated and they told us the 90-days began at a different point than what the contract said.

We would not recommend them to any body.

Addition to review:

As soon as we posted this review, Brewer reached out to make things right, but asked us to removed our review. He told us they would indeed refund us the $4,000 by March 22, 2023 (as per the contract). He asked that we would take down the review.

I took it down (and saved it in case this happened) and waited. After taking the review down and paying our setter, he began treating us like an inconvenience and became unresponsive and rude when we asked how we could contact their finance manager for an update.

He has yet to respond to us and as per the contract, it has been 30 days from the end of our 90 day ROI guarantee—very little if any communication and zero percent of the refund in our account.

Do not recommend.

The worst of the worst

The worst of the worst. Like a fool, I trusted this company to schedule a guaranteed 30-60 appointments a month. Their avoidance, repeatedly, throughout the process of taking any committed action, any communication, and or follow up has not only taken my business massively off course, but was HEAVILY placated through the whole process. I was promised appointments, I got everything but. Over an 8 month period I was told that “holiday” and other factors was the reason people didn’t want to schedule. I examined everything. They avoided for WEEKS at a time. When I then couldn’t schedule with any of the owners, I filed a dispute. After filing the dispute I was personally threatened with a law suit and told to “remove the dispute” and that they would write my board a letter. Really?

I went back and forth with them for weeks trying to make this work out before ultimately deciding it wasn’t worth it. Save your money. Run as fast as you can. They do not deliver. They did not offer to make things right. This was a guaranteed contract, and it should be upheld.

I am reposting this because it was…

I am reposting this because it was taken down under false pretenses!
I am so disappointed with this company, they bought my trust by promising to provide me with 25-50 qualified leads per month. They promised a full refund if they couldn't fulfil this promise. Sadly, they didn't find me even 10 qualified leads and have so far refused point blank to refund my money.

In my contract it's stated that my appointment setters would be working on commission only and get a certain percentage of the sale as their payment. It was THE deciding factor for me saying yes in the first place.

The commission based appointment setters never happened. I was for inexplicable reasons given appointment setters that were expecting payment for the leads they found. This is the reason for the poor quality of leads they found. One of the appointment setters came in all guns blazing and found someone completely irrelevant to me, didn't understand the service I provide. Just sat talking about themselves.

Their head coach, and the co-owner have both been doing the best to keep my spirits up and I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. I, on my part, did what I could to keep everyone motivated.

I hate writing negative reviews but I need to warn people against trusting this company; they simply don't keep their promises.

Date of experience: 04 January 2023

The company wull probably comment about me being in breach of contract, well they were in breach of contract first. See the text above and read it carefully.

They didn't honor their ROI guarantee

Note: This review has been verified by TrustPilot. Notice that all the "good" reviews were invited -- likely their own VAs... don't trust them.

Millionaire Performance offers an ROI guarantee, which was a big part of why I decided to hire them for appointment setting. They said I could expect 90 booked calls in the first 90 days. But after my first 90 days with them, they'd gotten me a total of 6 booked calls, of which 3 didn't show up and the other 3 were unqualified. Which led to $0 in sales. Now, they are refusing to honor their ROI guarantee and refusing to provide the refund that their contract promises. (A contract we both signed.)

When I asked for my refund, their response was outrageously unprofessional. Here’s a direct quote: “This is something I think you still do not understand. The money paid for what you received was nothing. Now you expect me to give you all of this on a silver plate for nothing? We are not slaves and have not done all this work with my team for free.”

But, again, the contract includes an ROI guarantee.

After I spent over a month trying to get my money back, they stopped responding to me.

IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU: Dispute the charge with your bank. They will give your money back if you can prove Millionaire Performance violated their contract.

If you leave a negative review, anticipate backlash. They will likely threaten to use their VAs to destroy your reputation, as they did with me. They have also posted on my company's TrustPilot account with fake 1-star reviews.

UPDATE (replying to their response below):

Millionaire Performance did not refund my money (as they are claiming below). As I mentioned, TrustPilot verified my review (look at the top of the review, you can see their "Verified" symbol). TrustPilot did not verify their response. They are lying.

I got my money back by disputing the charge with my bank and proving that Millionaire Performance had breached their contract.

Millionaire Performance never sent me an invoice to pay for the setters (which is a separate expense and non-refundable). I made clear multiple times that I would pay it, but they still haven’t sent it. Probably so they can say I’m a bad person, as they are saying below.

Regarding the claim that I signed up so I could steal their methods or because my company fails to generate leads, this is false. They knew from day one that I own a marketing agency. I was never secretive about that. My intent was to send clients their way and/or white label their services if it worked, which it didn’t. At my company, we only charge for leads and we use multi-channel marketing, so I'm always looking for more ways and more channels to generate leads. (Plus, if you don't get leads, you don't pay. Pretty simple. Can't rip people off that way.)

I also did attempt to book calls with their support team and they continually ignored my requests for meetings and interacted via Slack instead.

Dirk reached out to me and attempted to bribe me to take down my review. Only after I said "No" did he update his response to criticize my company and claim he'd refunded my money.

They keep updating their reply and I have been trying to keep my review updated to accurately respond. At this point, I can no longer participate in the negativity and will not be updating this review.

Best wishes to all.
