Getting worse !!
Make a purchase of a cellphone and I paid. So far so good. Then ... emails were exchanged and exchanged to exchange equipment for various reasons, either it was sold out, or it was waiting, or ...) for 3 months. Then it was another war for me to send the right documents for desalination or equipment when a purchase would come from Spain and was available. I received a phone that costs almost less than 90 € of the initial amount and I was again over 4 months to receive this amount that only managed to report a situation in PayPal that resolves the conflict. Don't reply to messages, reply to emails several days later ... a horrible service. With a diversity of online stores right now, I do not recommend this. I've done a lot of shopping, but the last ones have always been stalled. This one, never again :(

I bought in Efox this phone that I paid with PayPal and after about 7 months of use simply died. I've sent several emails and there's no response from Efox. I urgently need to know where to send for warranty repair. If you get no response I will complain to this with PayPal and the European authorities

After sale

I did not even turn the phone i order on, beacausei found it to heavy. and the day I received my packege I started the process of trying to return the product. After 7 days trading e-mails nothing, and now they say their policy don´t let them do nothing, either change to another phone or refund. but has we can see in the page of the site the policy says otherwise.

Had a problem with a coupon and in 2 working days with was solved..i really tought it wouldn't work!we exchanged like 15 mails but the problem was solved!

Efox: warranty does not work

[update]: Its been more than 3,5 monthes and no reply!

More than 2 months (and counting) to repare a mobile phone in its warranty. Empty standard reply to my emails. Only one contact and no phone line. Although asked, when replying, no one identifies himself. Asked to talk with a director: no reply.

For your on good do not buy with them.

Pieces and parts, who checks it?

The smartphone arrived ok and on time. Nevertheless, the device to charge it didn't work - good thing it is universal and I had got another.

Faster and easy

I bought one umi plus E on may 29th …

I bought one umi plus E on may 29th from spain warehouse. On may 30th the phone was delivered the only problem since i wasnt home at the time was that the delivery company (GLS) didnt left any manifest of the delivery so for 5 days i didnt knew that the phone had arrived. with that says i sent an email to efox on 5th june they answered right on the next day saying that the status on theyr system was, delivered (they sent me the print screen of it) and also sent me an email withe the gls website with the respective tracking number of the package. next step was easy went to the gls warehouse next to my home and pick up the phone, simple so EFOX i say 5star service, on the other hand GLS service 5stars for the fastestness and 1star for the service because they didnt left anything saying thew package had arrived

Not satisfied

The product that I ordered didn't arrive on time. It mentioned that it was shipped from Spain and delivered in 48 hours. After one week I was still waiting for it. I had to call them and I was told that the address was wrong, but of course that it was not because it was not the first time that I used this same address. Finally, I had to give another address to receive the product. If I knew this in advanc, I would have chosen another website to buy it as it was urgent.
