You are Absolutely WORSE Service
You are Absolutely WORSE Customer Service company I dealt with.
I called for a simpler regarding my existing coming booking (existing customer who already paid for the service), conversation has been cut off by Europcar representative laughing at me, pretending he does not understand me. I have to say I have not felt so much humiliated for a very long time. I dont re call such bad conversation with anyone. How do you employ this people, that just take advantage, get "clever" and "smarter" over your customers?
This was last booking with you, promised. UK reservation representative named Simon who refused to provide any more details. NEVER AGAIN Europcar UK or Global.

You can provide my colleagues with more details, such as the date and time of the call and the number that you originally dialed. This way we can open a case for you and further investigate the reason for causing such inconvenience to you.
